Contemplated for a few days to write this review but the way I was treated at this facility just isn’t sitting right with me. I came in after not feeling well for a few days and they deff failed to treat me the way an urgent care should treat it’s patients. Check in process was smooth but the moment I got into the exam room and was met by a PA by the name of Francis Albano it all went downhill. The very first thing this “PA” says to me as he walked in to the exam room is “lets save us both the time, are you here for just a doctors note.” Automatically implying that there is nothing wrong with me or even attempting to give the care thats needed. I was automatically stunned and speechless. After telling him yes i’d eventually need a note for work as I had to leave work early to come here; he says “oh so thats real and you actually need medical help.” Beyond disgusted at a PA saying something like this. I guess the oath he took to prioritize patient health, safety, & dignity was just false. It just doesn’t sit right with me how a medical professional says something like this to anyone. This is straight up medical negligence especially as a patient with a past medical history related to the reason why I was there in the first place. I doubt anyone would enjoy going to an urgent care just for fun. Beyond disgusted at this facility and its staff. Would love for this to be handled the right way and would hope that in the future no one else is treated this way. Will 100% not be returning to this facility & will for sure be contacting an attorney. Absolutely HORRENDOUS!
I walked into this urgent care with the hopes of them helping me with my migraine! I walked in and was immediately seen, the medical assistant was very nice and warming! The doctor Frank was very gracious and understanding, he sympathized with me and gave me medication for my migraine and sent me home with some! In and out with a great experience! Thank you for all you do from one healthcare worker to the rest
I was very impressed of their immediate attention to my issues and the fact that they quickly provided treatment. They were informative about what they were doing which also made me feel cared for. Needless to say their professionalism was exemplary.
I’m in excruciating pain. I bent down to get something in my fridge and when I stood up the pain shot from my buttocks down my leg. The 1st person I saw was Karen behind the desk and she saw I was having a hard time signing in and she was so helpful even got me a heating bag for my back and she got me in to see the Dr so fast. So it appears I pulled my sciatic nerve and is so painful but the Dr took such good care of me she gave me medicine but unfortunately I could be like this for 7 to 10 days. Everyone here is so kind and helpful and sympathetic. But I want to thank Karen for helping me cuz I was on the verge of tears and Karen made me laugh and took really good care of me. So I want to just say Thank you so much for all your help!
I’m going to give this woman PA 5 stars! The staff was polite and accommodating . The woman Pa who came in to examine me was thoughtful, gave me information that was helpful and helped me out. I’m asthmatic, I was wheezing and I didn’t want to go to a hospital to get even more sick. I hopped on the bus, easy transport. I am greatful!
I came to this Urgent Care yesterday and was treated very well by Jasmine and Dr. Joshua. Jasmine take me right away when I just entered my name on the computer, registered me, did all tests, that should be done, with my problem. Dr. Joshua explained results of all my test, prescribed me medication, I hope so they will help me soon. All was done very fast and professional.

The doctors I had met are SUPER GENTLE (thank you Ana and Stefanie) and they took really good care of me.
Waiting time could be crazy - I once waited 1.5hr, and once got treated within 15min.
Front receptions sometimes could be passive aggressive or super nice but overall no bad - they are just here doing their jobs.
Very poor front desk customer service. While waiting to be seen, after the detailed online registration, I was called to verify my ID and Insurance, which my niece handed over to Cath, I felt weak from standing and politely asked if I could sit. The receptionist, Liz, responded dismissively by saying, “The ER was open all night.” So i squatted since i couldn't stand no more. Cath, loudly shouted at me "Don't sit on the floor", which was humiliating. We can all agree a 5year old knows not to sit on the floor of an urgent care.
To make matters worse, an elderly woman was struggling with the online registration system, and both receptionists were yelling at her instead of offering help. I ended up volunteering my niece, who was with me, to assist the woman.
Patients come to urgent care because they are sick or vulnerable. Empathy and basic professionalism were completely lacking. As a Healthcare worker, I utilized resources in my community wisely, therefore I know when to visit the ER or the Urgent Care. That was the Dr's place to decide where my illness had to be treated.
I hope some day I'll cross path with these individuals, I will show them so much kindness, they'll go home and cry.
Adam, the Medical assistant was courteous, professional and pleasant, he introduced himself, explained everything he did. It was refreshing to know that one of the staff members actually cared.
But I am not ever coming back here.
