It has been a minute since I have been here but when they told me I can see a urologist at st.Felix place I was very please since I was already familiar with the place. My new urologist was so nice. I told him what was wrong and instead of him guessing like most do he said before he does anything he needs to have some test done. Thats what I like someone who cares about their patients. I love this place. From the receptionists to the waiting room. Not cramped with enough leg and arm room

Went to my first urologist appointment on 4/23 .I was a little bit afraid before i arrived. When i walked in the office i was greeted by such amazing front desk ladies. They were very friendly and professional. My wait time to see the Dr. was very short.The nurses and Dr. were awesome. My experience at 86 St. Felix from the front to the back rooms was very pleasant. I would definetly recommend .
This NY Heath -St Felix particular clinic, that I was heading to is on the 10th floor, is so Professionally Big, and Beautiful. The waiting room, looks Exactly like your sitting in the Living Room with a Big Samsung TV screen, lots of Comfy styling chairs, & nice windows that overlooks the city, & the nice quiet busy area. And yes, I've met some VERY NICE People there : the technician nurse that handles x rays, the receptionists were quite beautiful the Security in the lobby was sweet & friendly, including the Main Podiatrist Doctor who is Also the Chief of the Podiatry Clinic! Plus, the I loved the Clean & Soothing elevators that was in the back of the waiting room. And the Examining rooms were clean also. Yeah, it was my Very First time I've visited the Health clinic, & I admit that I was reluctant to leave, because the waiting room was Really Cozy! The Podiatry clinic was located in Brooklyn Hospital, & I went there as a patient a couple of times, in early 2020, just before the Pandemic. Even the NY Health -St Felix s location is Very Convenient; not so far from the subway & not quite far from Atlantic Avenue Shopping Mall either! 👍🏾😉😃🩺❤️
Whenever I visit Dr. Etwaku for an appointment the staff is very professional and friendly, the place is very clean. Dr. Etwaku is very professional and he explains what’s going on with patients in full details. Also he makes his patients feel like they matter. The overall care is excellent.
Dr.Raymond Khargi is outstanding—knowledgeable, caring, and attentive. He takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make you feel genuinely supported.
The facility show respect for patient care and understanding for patient. Waiting time. The doctor listened thoroughly to what I have to say before he gave his statement of what he believed is going on. He heard me out first and then worked from where I was speaking from physically of my physical body and then working from there one of the key things to listen to the patient and then you will know how to effectively help them and he did just that I’m appreciative for his service.
I've been a patient for over 5 years and feel I've received the best treatment that I can receive. The staff is always professional and concern about your health. The new location fits the needs of all the patients and provides a great decor for waiting.
