Quality service and Quality lenses. I had some trouble see with my first set of lenses I purchased here. It was a new brand/company they were trying out. When I brought this to their attention after my initial 2 week trial period for new glasses MEC immediately went to work on a resolution. They replace my lenses with a high quality set. 👍🏾

I loved my experience at MEC, the doctor explained my condition very clearly and was super friendly. Front desk, amazing. They helped me pick glasses that were actually suitable for me and I get compliments on them always😊 only thing I’d say is, it did take a couple of weeks to get the glasses to be ready, which I didn’t expect but considering the quality of them, I don’t mind. However, I did expect that since it took that many weeks for them to be ready, I shouldn’t have received them with one of the paddings missing. Which affects how they sit on my nose, and essentially my vision. They did offer for me to pick up the missing piece but i don’t like that inconvenience to me. The drive there, having to take time off potentially, I just expected better than that especially based on the reviews and my experience while I had my exam; AND the cost of the glasses.😔

I’ll admit… I was being a literal cry baby during parts of the exam because I absolutely hate bright lights pointed directly into my eyes. 😅 Despite my dramatic reactions, she stayed calm, reassuring, and walked me through everything step by step so I felt comfortable the whole time. You can really tell she cares about her patients and takes the time to make sure you’re okay. Also, Itzel at the front desk deserves recognition for being amazing. She helped get my appointment set up quickly and even followed up with me before the visit to let me know exactly what the cost would be ahead of time. That level of transparency and communication is honestly so appreciated and made the whole experience stress-free. Between the kindness, patience, and professionalism of the team, this was easily a 5-star visit. If you’re looking for an eye doctor who actually cares and a front desk that keeps everything smooth and clear, this is the place to go. 👁️✨

I’ve been going to Dr Lovero for a few years now and he offered me the Neurolens for my glasses I was hesitant because of the cost. I finally bit the bullet and it has made all the difference.
