Honestly one of the best clinics in Manhattan— the staff is very kind and friendly, they also have a strong grasp on the process and know how to deal with all kinds of insurance programs.
I also want to give special recognition to Joe, the new manager, and Divine. Joe has brought a very professional, organized, and welcoming energy to the clinic, and it really shows in the way the place is run. Divine has also been incredibly helpful, patient, and kind at the front desk, even when things get busy. Both of them make the experience much smoother and more human.
Doctors take their time to understand the patient’s situation and show empathy and understanding.
The price is affordable and the waiting time to see a physician is reasonable, at times only having to wait for a few minutes.
Definitely this is my go to place for any health issues, from common flu to other more prolonged symptoms.

if i could leave more then 5/5 i would! the reception ladies (im so sorry i forgot your names but they were lovely & beautiful) were so kind to my fiance and i when we had to do an emergency visit being from out of town we had no idea where anything was. they took their time to assure us on payments, where to get his meds refilled, and just overall being sweet throughout the entire endeavor. we couldn’t have asked for anything more then what this amazing business did for us in such short time! much love from a couple flown in from california. :)

From the moment I walked in I knew it would be a positive experience. Beginning with the receptionist, I believe his name was Danye. He was calm, asked why I was there and when I told him he immediately ensured me that he believed they could help. Then I met the MA, who's name escapes me right now. But she was flawless in her approach. She was kind, conversational and also quite calm. The PA who's name u believe is Dinche, drew my blood and ensured that it would be ready by Monday. My appt with the Visa group at the Spanish Consulate is on Tuesday, so that was helpful. All I. All, I would go back. The experience was very nice.
I had a really great experience here. I was honestly very anxious about my symptoms, but the doctor took the time to truly listen to me and didn’t dismiss anything I said. He was calm, thorough, and explained everything in a way that made me feel reassured and understood.
The examination was detailed, and I felt like my concerns were taken seriously. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines professionalism with genuine care, but that’s exactly what I experienced here.
This was by far one of the best urgent care visits I’ve ever had. I’m very grateful and would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone who wants attentive and compassionate medical care.
I came in for a swollen hand and they made me wait an hour only for the PA to see me for two minutes and write it off as an infection. I came back a few hours later after consulting with a physician and asked them to run some basic bloodwork and do a hand x-ray to rule out alternative diagnoses that would’ve altered the course of treatment / medication they prescribed and they refused ( with a lot of attitude from the front desk ill add). will definitely be going elsewhere next time and would recommend avoiding this place if you actually want your provider to hear your concerns without writing you off
The experience depends on who is at the reception desk. I arrived about noon and gave the receptionist my insurance cards and waited for about 30 minutes. During this time she began a personal conversation with a coworker who had just joined her at the reception desk. I advised I had to leave by 1pm and would return later, so she scheduled an appointment for 5pm and made copies of my insurance cards, since she had not input the information yet. The personal conversation seemed to take preference. When I returned at 5pm, the new receptionist informed me there was nothing in the system at all. Fortunately it was not too busy and he was very competent and managed the appointment. Both medical professionals that attended to me were excellent, thorough and competent.
I went in at the request of my primary care physician to be seen in person. Everyone was very friendly. I was seeing quickly and treated for my symptoms. The office was clean. The staff was very polite and the wait time was minimal. Highly recommend.
Very professional and courteous team. The doctor who treatment me was friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone in need of urgent care.
