As a new patient, I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, the office was spotless, modern, and incredibly welcoming. The atmosphere immediately put me at ease.
The front desk staff was friendly, organized, and efficient, and I was seen in a timely manner. Everyone I interacted with treated me with genuine kindness and professionalism instead of making me feel like just another appointment on the schedule.
My provider took the time to actually listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed. As someone establishing primary care for the first time in a while, that meant a lot.
The office itself is beautiful, clean, and very well run. It’s rare to leave a doctor’s appointment feeling like you were truly cared for, but that’s exactly how I felt walking out.
If you’re looking for a primary care office in Manhattan that combines professionalism with excellent patient care, I highly recommend Medical Offices of Manhattan. They’ve earned a patient for life.
Avoid this place at all costs.
The high 4.7 rating feels misleading—it’s hard to believe it reflects genuine patient experiences.
They require you to keep a credit card on file, assuring you that no charges will be processed without your authorization. However, they later send emails stating they will authorize charges to your card themselves, which feels contradictory and concerning.
The doctors seem rushed and unprepared. Time with an actual “doctor” last only a couple of minutes, and it doesn’t appear that they review your chart beforehand. Despite the brief and unproductive visit, you’re still billed for an additional charge for the interaction. They will tell you that you need to get your heart further reviewed because something looks just a little bit off. And next thing you know you’ve had 4 add ons to the appointment that you didn’t need. I was fasting all day, you would have thought they would have had me done my blood work when I got there. It was 2 hours of nonsense later.
The lab department is even more disappointing, cramped, unclean, and extremely uncomfortable. I was stuck twice and they wiggled the needle in my veins. I’ve never had a more horrific experience.
There are far better options out there. I strongly recommend choosing another provider.
As a first time patient it was delightful to find the location easily. Walking in everything was organized and easy to follow. Everyone at the front desk were very helpful, friendly and made my check in a breeze.
I went in to see p.a Oriana Santarelli and couldn’t be more grateful for the visit with her. She was very thorough and helpful with all my questions. P.A Oriana Santarelli listened to all my medical doubts and concerns and went beyond my expectations. I have never been given full attention as a patient as this time at MOM. I must also add Kim who prepared me to see Oriana was friendly and made the intake easy. I loved everyone’s positive energy.I feel very comfortable making a follow-up and also recommending my family to this practice.
It is challenging locating a great Endocrinologist. However, I have located the best Endocrinologist in the country. Dr. Victoria Finn is fabulous. She is extremely personable. She listens. She is organized and very detailed.
Dr. Finn comes to each appointment extremely prepared to address all of your personal concerns, knowing exactly who she is meeting with. You do not feel as though your chart has briefly been reviewed for two minutes, immediately before her meeting with you.
Dr. Finn pays attention to you as a patient between appointments through lab orders and personal phone calls. Her approach is cutting-edge. She finds what is best for your individual needs.
Yes, Dr. Finn arrives at each appointment looking like a glamorous, international, runway model. She makes you feel great about yourself and where you are on your progression to great health and health maintenance.
I look forward to each appointment with Dr. Finn. And, I wish that there were more healthcare practitioners who are like Dr. Victoria Finn.
Sincerely,
Debra A. Owens
This review is for Zues Cabangon, who works in the billing department. He is absolutely exceptional. He was beyond patient with me and helped me sort through my bills. He deserves high praise for his kindness and patience when I misunderstood the billing process, and he was willing to work with me over the course of weeks to resolve any worries I had. He always remained cordial and professional despite the many curveballs I inadvertently threw his way (my insurance made things confusing, and Zues bore the brunt of it). I'm very thankful for all of the help he provided.
I had my first appointment with Dr. Julian recently, and I was genuinely impressed with the whole experience. The waiting area was clean, bright, and very tidy and well-kept. This environment and comfortable seating made the short wait much more pleasant. The staffs were polite, helpful, and made check-in quick and easy. I appreciated how smoothly everything ran.
When I met Dr. Julian, she immediately made me feel at ease. She was friendly, approachable, and took the time to ask questions and really listen to my concerns. She explained things in a way that was so easy to understand and was very patient with me.
As a first-time visitor, I was a bit nervous, but the whole experience was smooth and reassuring. I left feeling informed, cared for, and confident that I'm in good hands. Highly recommend this medical facility and especially Dr. Julian to anyone looking for a thorough and compassionate doctor.
I have to say I'm super happy with the amount of attention and care I received from my primary doctor here. I felt listened to when it came to my past health issues and family history. My doctor was able to set me up with referrals the day of and I was able to go from there.
The billing team (Zeus in particular) was also able to set me up with itemized receipts that I needed. He also helped me solve a billing issue I had which I very much appreciated!
If I could give zero stars, I would. Medical Offices of Manhattan has completely failed in basic patient care and communication, crossing the line into negligence.
I take a GLP-1 medication strictly for diabetes management. It is supposed to be on auto-refill, but the clinic failed to process it. Upon realizing I was completely out of my medication, I emailed them immediately yesterday, explicitly stating the urgency and that I did not want to miss a dose. I received absolute silence.
After missing the start of my cycle, I emailed them four more times the following morning. Still zero response. I finally had to track someone down via their live chat, only to be told they wanted me to come in for an "annual visit" before refilling my prescription. I have explained to this office multiple times that my diabetes management is separate, yet it constantly falls on deaf ears. It feels like they are deliberately hijacking my healthcare and withholding essential medication just to force an unnecessary office visit and squeeze more money out of a patient.
After I pushed back on the chat, they promised the provider would send the prescription to my pharmacy by 5:30 PM. They did absolutely nothing. I contacted the chat again, explicitly stating that I had now missed a day of my medication and would be escalating the issue. Again: nothing. No call back, no email back, and no refill.
This is not what healthcare looks like. Withholding necessary medication for administrative or financial reasons is dangerous and completely unacceptable. Avoid this practice if you value reliable care, responsive communication, and providers who actually put your health first.
