I’m impressed with how easy the front desk staff can make it for me when checking in to care about my son’s condition today. They always handle their work well when they need the identification information from me as a guardian. I have to say it’s one of the very best quality of care I’ve had received from a walk-into urgent care in my area. It’s your provider ensure my child’s gets carefully treated, and as team members in their facility helped to support my son in need is the best point management they patient care system assist with in their care as necessary to get X-rays and follow up on the medication to make the best decision offered for the ending of your period is offered lollipops for all three of us who left the office. We picked up the medication and we are following up with instructions
I’m giving 3 stars because I’ve had good experiences here before, but today was horrible. We checked in as walk-ins at 10:45 a.m. and weren’t called to the back until about an hour later. After that, we waited over 30 minutes in the exam room before deciding to leave at 12:37. We ended up waiting almost two hours total and never even saw the doctor. The lobby, restroom, and exam room were also noticeably dirty, which made the visit even more unpleasant.
I scheduled as a walk in, same day through the online portal. We were able to see when our turn was up through the same portal. Very convenient. I was in and out & without waiting in the waiting room for more than 5mins. I submitted paperwork and checked in online as will. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. NP and physicians are very helpful friendly and knowledgeable. Little Spurs Las Palmas
Love coming here for urgent care! We are always in and out, and taken care of. I love the telemed video visit. It's super convenient for when kids are not feeling 100%.
I have really mixed reviews about this place, I have came three separate times to this specific location. The second time wasn’t really the best I didn’t have good service or care but the most recent which was 05/12/26 the staff was absolutely amazing. Maybe it was the issue I was having they had a sense of urgency. They were able to get me in rather quickly, very polite, helpful, and an amazing hospitality. They were able to help my daughter and made sure everything was fine and I wish the think that specific staff. They were wonderful.
Loved how they took care of my daughter after her bit was infected. They went above and beyond to make her feel better after her visit thank you so much!!!
I had a great experience at this urgent care clinic. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient from check-in to discharge. I was seen quickly, the provider took time to listen to my concerns, and everything was explained clearly. The clinic was clean and well-organized. Highly recommend for anyone needing prompt, quality care.
