I’ve visited this site for years and the staff has always been wonderful.
David Lopez at the front desk is the perfect person for that position.
He always makes me feel welcomed. Often times, I was nervous about scans/imaging and David always made me feel at ease with his personable and caring manner.
Today, I met Shirley who with no hesitation went pleasantly above and beyond to facilitate my prescription. I also met a patient and knowledgeable Caleef who performed my scan. Thank you All.
Great staff and almost no wait time! Highly recommended! Was impressed with the friendly, helpful and efficient staff when I checked in and the kindness and expertise of my ultrasound tech. I had two tests back to back and assumed I’d have a wait - but only waited less than 5 min. total, it was very smooth and well organized.
I also happened to observe another patient having a very positive experience with the helpful staff. He stopped by the front desk and asked to speak to a team member’s manager - to compliment them! He proceeded to share wonderful complementary feedback on how far the employee had gone to help him sort something out, and how much their dedication to help meant for him. The employee, her manager, others on the team and a few of us patients happened to hear - a few of us broke out into applause as it was awesome and worth celebrating.
This kind of positive experience is not that common in medical care in NYC -so I wanted to share the positive review for Lenox Hill and say keep up the good work! Thanks for your kindness and quality of care

My experience at 77th Lenox Hill has always been smooth and pleasant! David at the front desk is great! He's very welcoming and his personality is perfect for engaging new and existing patients. My MRI tech Anthony was very informative and his bedside manner was impressive. I was very comfortable. The facility is very clean and well kept! This location will continue to be my preferred choice.
Came for a CCTA. The staff was efficient, calming and friendly, even considering they were running a bit behind. The exam was extremely fast on a brand new machine. And it was much less inexpensive than the hospital because I called there and wow. And I got the results today, which is great.
I had a CT scan here. The building says that it's accessible but that's not really accurate. When I first walked in I hit a buzzer and they had someone come and help me fill out the paperwork and then I sat down and waited for the CT and then did the CT. However, when I tried to leave the building, there were steps for every exit. This is not actually an accessible building and it's not fair to patients that this place is represented as one. I will say that for able-bodied patients this clinic is fine and I do recommend it to them. Also, the staff is friendly.
I had an appointment for a sonogram here as a referral from my ob gyn. I arrived at my appointment early and was greeted warmly by the patient liaison Mr Lopez.. He was very nice and actually made me laugh.. you can tell he loves his job. He let me know to take the elevator downstairs and take the paperwork he gave me to them. After seeing that receptionist downstairs I was not waiting more than 5 minutes before being seen. I changed clothes and went into the room where the tech thoroughly explained what we would be doing today which made me feel super comfortable. All in all this location handles you with care and concern and I would definitely recommend
Excellent experience at Lenox Hill Radiology! I had an MRI done and the entire process was smooth and professional. The staff was friendly, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable during the scan. The facility is clean and modern, with short wait times. Got my results quickly too. Highly recommend for anyone needing imaging in NYC!
Patient liaison David is the best! Always pleasant, welcoming and kind. Gentleman that opened my visit was also very nice. I actually arrived for my appointment on the wrong date - the staff was kind enough to accommodate me which was awesome. I had to wait a while but I was thankful that I didn’t have to leave and return on the correct appointment date. I’ve been going to this site for many years and I would definitely recommend this site for radiological services.
