First time here as a patient (Shanara Lane), and unfortunately it was not a good experience. I was referred here by my partner, so I came in expecting a much better level of care and professionalism. The young dark skin girl /hygienist I saw had a very unpleasant attitude from the beginning. She also didn’t know the difference between latex & nitrile 🤣 I’m a licensed nail tech and even I know the difference boops. I felt like I was being talked at instead of spoken to respectfully as a patient, and no one even referred to me by my name during the visit. When speaking I didn’t know if they were speaking to me or a coworker. HORRIBLE ALL AROUND. Dr Mahreen Caulbury was horrible. The overall energy felt dismissive and uncomfortable. She wouldn’t act that way OUTSIDE of uniform trust. The X-rays and tools were also handled very roughly, which made the appointment even more unpleasant considering I came in already dealing with pain. I explained multiple times which specific tooth was hurting, but it felt like my concerns were not really being listened to. The focus kept being redirected toward wisdom tooth removal instead. The I came in simply trying to get help for dental pain, but this experience completely turned me away from returning. Patients deserve to feel heard, respected, and cared for — especially when they are already in pain. I would not return for dental services

Just wanted to write a quick little review to give a shout out to the front desk/scheduling staff. Lucedo (so sorry if I butchered name) was an absolute delight!! She was patient and extremely helpful while assisting with the scheduling of new patient appointments for me and my family. Finding a new dentist is a nerve-racking experience within itself, but her demeanor actually has me looking forward to coming into the office and glad to have established care with LaSante.

Not run well. Staff are nice and friendly though. The online check-in and uploading docs went smoothly. Was supposed to see Dr McKenzie for an appointment that was confirmed many times (2-3 times with text, and 2-3 times over the phone. By automated systems and a live person the day of the appointment!) still had to wait 1 hour past my appointment time in the waiting room. Then in the examination room had to wait for another 30 minutes after the vitals were taken. Ended up leaving after requesting to talk to the Dr. who eventually showed up and didn't have much to say. Looks like they are trying to run it as a business by booking everyone and your appointment time doesn't matter. Not a good practice if you respect your time.
