I had a great experience at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic during my recent audiology appointment. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was quick and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised to be called in even before my scheduled appointment time. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, which made the whole visit feel smooth and stress-free. My audiologist was professional, attentive, and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable throughout the hearing test. I truly appreciated how clearly everything was explained. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I feel confident in the care I received. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone needing audiology services!
I have all my Dr’s with Kelsey and I’ve had a few appointments at this location but this particular location (Optometry) is notoriously late & always behind.!!!!! The Drs are fantastic but the wait time here is the worst there is…
I feel extremely fortunate to be a new patient of Dr. Hadi at the Kelsey-Seybold clinic. Her level of compassion, concern, care and knowledge was very reassuring for me. One of the many very appreciative aspects of her is that she OBSERVES & LISTENS. I received exceptional quality care per my first visit. Kudos to Dr. Hadi & Kelsey-Seybold… you have not only gained a new patient, I have recommended this clinic in Memorial Villages to my friends & family. 👏
I was fortunate enough to get an appointment on 7/4 mid-day, but the care I received at KS Memorial Village clinic on this holiday was absolutely amazing. From all staff, medical, labs and administrative, I received the best care on my very bad, painful day. All were thorough, kind and compassionate. Words can't say enough how much better they made my day. Thank you for everything!
I have been thoroughly impressed with my experience. Dr Iqbal is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but what truly sets him apart is his warm, personable nature and his ability to make every appointment comfortable and stress free.
He takes time to listen attentively and explains things clearly, never makes us feel rushed. It is genuinely easy to open up to him and have an honest conversation with him, which makes a huge difference when it comes to getting the right care.
I’ve witnessed attitude/poor tonality/ actions towards me and other patients by the receptionists here.
Absolutely no bedside manners.
People are injured and possibly in pain and they treat them with sass as if they are an inconvenience/annoyance. Some of the front desk staff need to be corrected on their customer service skills and manners.
Not to mention, it was impossible to get ahold of the radiology front desk. Made multiple calls and even had another Kelsey-Seybold clinic try to assist me to get ahold of them.
Only reason I’m not giving a 1 star is due to the amazing nurses and doctors here. They listen and care about your situation. So thank you to them and the few. And I mean few receptionists that are kind and patient.
The staff try to cover their errors. My mom wanted to go else where for her lab that is covered by her insurance since the lab at Kelsey is not covered and they didn’t send her paperwork when she provided the information to where the request is to be sent. She got fed up and left since she was fasting and is diabetic. She called after the ordeal to confirm and they said yes. She goes again today and nothing was sent. So she has to go physically to the office and they tell her they did but they will resend it again. I call afterwards to ensure and confirm but point is why wasn’t is done the first time and wasting people’s time.
