I' ve been seeing Dr. Rimington for many years. He saved my hand after a nasty cat bite that required surgery and a couple weeks of heavy duty antibiotics. I see him now about twice a year for hand injections. My husband also has been to see him for ulna nerve surgery. Dr. Rimington listens to your concerns and has a pleasant bed side manner. He did great work with our surgeries and got us moving again. As long as he's in the business I will continue to go to IBJI. And I highly recommend him
Dr. McCall was excellent throughout my entire experience. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared about my issue. The staff was also very kind and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. McCall to anyone looking for a great orthopedic surgeon.
Dr. Rimington always takes good care of me and the pain I constantly endure. He provides me with information I need to continue good care while I am home. He is a Great Orthopedic whether it's for my legs or my shoulders. I do appreciate him as my Orthopedic Doctor.
My mom is a patient of Dr. Rimington. He and his staff are so kind and treat the patient like it's their own family member. They were also very accommodating as my mom has to transported via ambulance. Thank you to everyone at the office that made my mom feel safe and welcomed.
Dr Remington is a great physician. Very professional and extremely nice but his support staff is horrible. It's nearly impossible to call the office without endlessly waiting on hold and when you choose the callback option they don't even call you back. I had a question about the level of pain after my injections but couldn't get through. The other time the prescription they sent was of a wrong strength, but again the same happened when calling the office to ask for the correct medication.
Overall experience was satisfactory. The Doctor was great. My biggest problem was that they insisted on my son getting an x-ray when it was obviously a soft tissue injury. there was no need for an x-ray. When I finally agreed, they took my son for an x-ray. They came back less than a minute behind my son to say that everything was normal. Except now I’m on the hook for an unnecessary x-ray.
Dr Remington was excellent! He was very honest & explained everything so I can understand! He was also very compassionate! His staff were so nice & caring! Thank you!!!
Dr Remington is Outstanding, I completely like how he explained everything and gives you an option aside from having a surgery. He is very compassionate to the patient.
