I will not recommend this place to nobody. I honestly think having a nurse with such aggressive attitude shouldn't be working on any facility dealing with patients. Nurse Neenah was simply asked a question and she literally started screaming and disrespected saying that she was the only one that asked questions and went up to me and pushed the registration tablet towards my face. This woman needs to be strongly monitored by cameras and been seen how aggressive she is to the patients. This is non tolerable. She gets paid to work not to humiliate patients in such way. I have never in my life had such a disturbing moment at an ER. I believe she needs some special attention as soon as possible. Will never come here again.
I had an excellent experience with both nurse Beth and Dr Ybarra who took care of me. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. They treated me like family- showing kindness, patience, and respect in every interaction. Nurse Beth was very attentive, frequently checking on me and making sure all my needs were met promptly. They took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and explained everything clearly, which helped ease my worries.
Their compassionate approach and professionalism made a big difference in my overall experience. I felt relieved almost immediately because I knew I was in good hands. I truly appreciate the high level of care they provided and am very grateful for their care.
The receptionist at the front desk was AMAZING.. I came in on a Saturday during spring break and scared.. she was very kind and patient with me.. when I went back the second lady was a bit rude and off putting.. but the doctor and the nurse that checked me made the experience full circle from the first lady point of contact.. doctor was informative and patient.. the nurse on check out was sweet and helped ease my nerves with pleasantries..
my service time was a little long but that’s to be expected in an ER.. it could’ve been worse.. I did go straight back though..
Everybody couldn’t be perfect so the one didn’t spoil the entire experience.. I’d go back if I was in tow with an emergency again (but let’s pray not lol)
It was absolutely amazing. I am from Lexington Ky and was there for a cheer competition. I felt like I was the only patient they had. The staff interacted with my family and I so well. Very clear about what they were looking for and the results. The nurse and I talked like we had known one another before that moment! The Xray tech and I were talking like cousins and he interacted with my mom and aunt like they were his family. Having a broken foot wasnt so bad with them taking care of me! It was nice to be in a diverse medical environment. Representation matters, especially in medical situations. You feel heard, seen and cared for and I truly felt that! I would recommend HCA to anyone!
I had a great experience at the ER. The staff nurse Neenah, Dr alcanter, and Dr miller was fast, kind, and professional. They listened to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel cared for during a stressful time. Thank you for the excellent service!
Grateful to our hotel for directing us to HCA. ER visits are never easy and especially when you are just visiting a town, but HCA was professional, kind, and efficient. Everyone we encountered was personable and explained everything. Thanks to the amazing team on duty when we found ourselves on your doorstep!
Wanna give a five star if I can get more I would these doctors and nurses are awesome doctor and doctor Eric I don’t know how to say his last name but they are awesome. Do you want fast service excellent treatment come here
Nurse Neenah and the Physicians assisted me. I came in with a horrible strep throat complication and was in 10/10 pain. Physicians knew exactly what I needed and turned 10/10 pain into 0/10 pain in less than 24 hours with no surgery at all. Prescribed me the right medication, gave me the right shot, and most importantly assured me I was going to be okay. This location has faces you can trust, any negative review confuses me. You guys are life changers!
