Fossil Creek Complete Care providers are truly outstanding. From the moment you walk through the door until you are stabilized, you are treated as their top priority.
The entire team: Monica (Front Desk), Omar (RN), Tim (Radiology Tech), and Dr. Solley, provided exceptional care. They quickly identified my condition and ensured I was safely transported and admitted to a nearby hospital for specialized treatment due to the seriousness of my situation.
Thanks to their timely actions and sound clinical judgment, my condition was addressed before it could worsen. I am incredibly grateful for their professionalism, teamwork, and dedication.

The staff and service provided is absolutely amazing! The staff was attentive, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. I had a family emergency involving my 5-year-old son, and from the first encounter to the last I always felt we were given top-notch service. From the front staff, to the nurse, and the doctor—our wait time was minimal and everyone was patient, understanding, and friendly. Big kudos to them for all that they do!

Fossil Creek Complete Care is by far the best Urgent Care I have been to! The staff, nurses, doctors are all kind, compassionate, and caring. I have been there a few times and each time was treated quickly and had my illness thoroughly explained to me in terms I could understand. The location at Bulverde and Evans Road is excellent, clean, and friendly. Thank you for the great service I receive each time I have been there.
Everyone is always so nice and helpful. They brought me a blanket when I was cold. They ran all the test and the results came back quickly. It was a such a pleasant experience despite not feeling well abd being in pain. The results were accurate and I was feeling better 2 days later! I would highly recommend anyone to Fossil Creek.
The Fossil Creek off Bulverde Rd is a great location. The facility was very clean, I was seen right away, and the staff was amazing. Dr. Ali was very nice, made me feel comfortable and addressed all my concerns. The CT tech, James Flores, did a great job and was very professional. He explained every step so I knew what to expect. I highly recommend Complete Care.
My husband was involved in a bad car accident so we unexpectedly needed to seek an emergency room. The pain and soreness kicked in after a couple of days despite him feeling fine immediately after the crash. This was our first time visit after reading some reviews which were very positive.
I can't say enough about how caring and professional the staff were towards my husband!
The RN Jerrie showed him great empathy and concern. Hubby was really nervous about getting a CT scan and additionally having difficulty with focusing and such from the diagnosed concussion. Joel, the radiology tech, was so sweet and patient talking him through it.
Dr Crawford was informative, knowledgeable kind and personable, infact sharing his OWN experience with his family member who had dealt with a car accident and being hit by uninsured driver! It honestly made my husband feel so much better talking with him. He was given something for pain there, as he was very uncomfortable, and also prescriptions for home which have helped tremendously. I could tell the difference and sense of relief he felt on our way home. I know the accident has been so very stressful on him and ofcourse the aftermath of insurance stuff. The teamwork demonstrated was top notch! The nurse, Jerrie, made both myself and husband feel very safe and well taken care of. The medical staff are all 5 stars !!! The facility was very clean and well equipped to handle all kinds of emergencies. We are both so grateful to the staff and very glad we went.
I'd highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a free standing ER. Wait time was quick too, a real bonus!!
We’re so grateful to Dr. Crawford for the outstanding care he’s given my daughter. After an injury we visited on a Saturday; he was prompt, thorough, and calm throughout the visit. His professionalism and expertise put us at ease, and he always connects warmly and confidently with my daughter. An excellent clinician and a compassionate provider — we couldn’t ask for better care. Thank uou for the referral to ortho Dr. Ritchie to! We were able to see him today and five stars to him as well.
