Apparently they leave their own reviews.bi never said I had a positive experience with them. I also never filled anything out about my experience with them. I wouldnt have even left a review had they not sent me this message. I went with stress related chest pain. I went to get a referral. They insisted on an EKG. Then didnt even give me a referral to go see someone who could help me. All the P.A. said was "try not to stress so much." Yea because this is what I want... I used to swear by this place. Now I recommend you find anywhere else to go.

My first time visit to the clinic was a pleasant one. We were concerned about having any additional fees along with the consultation. But Ms. Nicole clarified everything for us and we were satisfied with the care that was provided for us. Ms. Kenia (I hope that's the correct spelling) was very kind and friendly and took good care of us. The doctor was very helpful in explaining the causes of the problem I was having. I even called the following day to inquire about an issue I was having with my symptoms and the staff was very helpful in providing the necessary information I needed. Thank you again 🙏🙂

Dr. He is the best doctor I have ever had at an Urgent Care Facility. He has treated me and my husband quite a few times and he is professional, nice, smart and always knows how to help you! We drive across town to see him! The ladies in the office are amazing as well!

This Urgent Care is terrible! Took my son here a couple years ago when he was having frequent ear infections- we knew what it was he was sick with but the NP was looking in his ears forever. Wasnt sure she knew what she was looking for bc she said she didnt see an infection. Our Pediatrician looks for 2 milliseconds the next day and says clear ear infection. Was able to get my money back but my poor baby suffered 24hrs for their lack of knowledge. Flash forward to this week - my 5yo son tests positive for strep and flu on a Sunday, my throat starts hurting Monday and i visit this horrible place on Tuesday morning. I also test positive for strep…. Im wondering after 2 days why im not feeling better so i consult with my GP and he says they put me on a baby dose of antibiotics. Im not sleeping well bc if pain, cant eat or drink with out severe pain and i cant talk. My ear is hurting and my throat is visibly swollen. PC says go to a different Urgent Care to get proper treatment or the ER. 3 days i should have improvement if being treated by capable drs!
