The entire staff that I had the pleasure of interacting with was beyond phenomenal. They explained the entire process in great detail and in a way where I was left with no confusion or uncertainty. I felt heard and appreciated by everyone. The entire facility has a warm and welcoming demeanor. Best visit I’ve ever had 10/10 would recommend

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the care and lack of care I received at this particular Concentra location. I can say most of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The wait was minimal. Those were positives. The nurse doing my vitals and asking the intake questions was concerning with her lake of knowledge of certain things and medications. She was not aware of basic medications I am taking. The nurse practitioner I saw was the unfortunate part of the entire experience. Before she entered the room she was more concerned with the placement of my mask and refused to come in the room until it was placed to her liking. To be clear, I had a mask on and over my nose. Once entering the room she was concerned not touching me and did not give good care. I came in for flu like symptoms. She never once looked at my throat, in my ears, listened to my lungs or breathing....literally nothing. She ordered a flu test that came back negative. Said it was most likely a false negative but refused to give me any medications or tamiflu. I left with no medications or proper examinations. Overall her "care" was abysmal. I will not go back to this facility. The only reason I went in the first place was because it was a holiday and my normal doctor was not opened. The next day I went to my normal doctor and was tested again. I was positive for flu and BARELY made the window for a prescription. If you go to this location, I recommend asking a lot of questions and making sure you push to have yourself properly evaluated.

Was sent there for a pre employment drug test. When I got there it was fairly busy but even with that being said I was in and out in under 30 minutes. The woman who took my UA was very nice made sure I understood what to do. She followed the protocol of sealing everything up in front of me before I signed anything. I left knowing that my sample was good to go and had no chance of a mix up. These people take their job serious, But at the same time did not treat me like I was their for a probationary UA. My samples were sent to a lab and my employer had the results in under 48 hrs. Great place great staff very clean and like I mentioned was in and out even though it was fairly busy.

This was my first time visiting a Concentra Urgent Care. This visit was for a workman's comp issue. Staff was very nice, helpful and thorough. Dr. Smith listened carefully to my concern and treated me accordingly. I would return for an Urgent Care issue.
