I don’t usually leave reviews unless the service really calls for one and my husband’s appointment exceeded our expectations! After seeing several doctors at other facilities who all dismissed my husband’s pain and health concerns, we finally found a doctor who truly listened. Dr. Sinha was thorough, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my husband’s concerns and made us feel heard. We are so grateful for Dr. Sinha’s care and will absolutely continue seeing him. Highly recommend!
Dr. Garcia is the best dentist I've had by far. I highly recommend him and his services. Very professional and patient. Always putting me at ease before starting any procedure which is most important to me. Friendly and clean environment. Topaz, his assistant is awesome. It shows that she follows his example. Pearl is just as awesome and so is the rest of his team. I'd like to recognize my hygienist Marisol Z. Very professional work ethic. Makes sure I'm comfortable before and during cleanings. Always open to my schedule. Very convenient. Nice relaxing music.
I came in today knowing I was going to get taken good care of for the fact I've been coming here for years and I trust them with my family, they are always so nice and really help with all my questions. Today we were taken care by Jeo she was very sweet and even answered my questions without me asking she was very cheerful and made us feel comfortable. Thank you for being awesome Jeo!
This was the best experience I've ever had at the dentist. Dr. Rodriguez and her assistant Dani make an amazing team! They were the ones that saw me last week for my initial visit. They made sure I understood my options and what to expect after I decided on a treatment plan. Today throughout my entire procedure they just made me feel so comfortable and at ease.
Dani also gave me a lot of information about other services offered at the clinic which was great because they are services I have been needing but didn't really know where to start when it comes to finding the right place. If the other departments are as good as the dental department I am actually looking forward to taking care of my other physical and mental health needs.
This was our first time at this location. We came in for a 7 year check up for my daughter and from the moment we walked in, everyone was super nice and friendly. My daughter was a little nervous but Ms. Iris was super nice and patient with her when getting her vitals. She even went out of her way to get her stickers before she was even seen and made her feel more comfortable. The PA Ms. Villarreal-Leal was super friendly and patient.
Here is the email I sent to the people at communicare last week. I have yet to hear a reply from them. Avoid this place at all costs, they DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.
"Yesterday I called in to see if any appointments were canceled so i could see a Dr. By luck, an appointment got canceled and I made an appointment at 2:45.
Over the course of 10 years of my life, I've experienced extreme sciatic nerve pain at least 4 times. Each time I went to see a Dr and each time I was given something to manage my pain. But not this time.
The PA i saw asked if I wanted a referral to pain management! "But it hurts, a lot, now. I don't need the pain gone in a month, i need it gone now". That was my reply. So the PA suggested she put me on muscle relaxers. I explained to her, 3 times they didn't work. It was the other medication that worked for me. She asked if I remember the name of it, I tell her no, it's been 3 to 4 years maybe longer. So she looks through my file and sees what I was prescribed last year. I told her no, 3 to 4 years ago maybe longer. She looks at my file and tells me what I was prescribed in 2024. For the third time I explain it's been 3 to 4 years. So she looks at my file from 2023 and says she doesn't know. At that point I tell her it may have been 4 or more years ago.
She stops looking through my file. She then asks me what I expect her to do for me. 3 Dr's before her gave me something that worked. I know for a fact what didn't work, but her knowledge seemed to have been limited to stretching and muscle relaxers. She literally threw her hands up in the air and suggested i go to my pharmacy to ask them what I was prescribed for my sciatic pain!!!
I came in with pain, I left in pain and with homework! Should I have asked a nurse to help go through my file? Was this PA new to the medical industry? Why is the burden on me to make me feel better when I go see a Dr??? Is it because she was only a PA and her knowledge is in fact limited? Or... did she see i was prescribed a narcotic and knew she couldn't prescribe it to me, so her pride kicked in and she acted as if my only options were the options she gave me??? Either way, I am in pain. I have health insurance and apparently your PA's are too limited in capacity to actually help anyone who has an issue bigger than high blood pressure. My God, was she all over me for a slightly elevated blood pressure reading while not caring about my level 7 out of 10 pain! This is now twice in a few weeks The Barrio Clinic has failed me as a patient. What is the point of having health insurance if the PA's can't even help me? You need to do better. America is hurting due to a horrible Healthcare system and your people are only making it worse."
IT'S BEEN OVER A WEEK SINCE I WAS TURNED AWAY IN PAIN. THE LEAST YOU COULD DO IS ACKNOWLEDGE ME!
I have been going to this dentistry for years dental assistants Jessica and Mia have been amazing and kind. Dr. Carabin has been great and helpful making sure we are getting teeth fixed and moving along to meet our goals. My other Dentist/Dental Hygienist Dr. Marisol Zamudio has been the best at what she does in cleaning my teeth and having me make adjustments to the health of my gums and teeth. She has been making sure I continue to get these goals we have met, she and her team have been the absolute best you can ask for. They also have great recommendations if you are looking to get braces as well. All the ladies in the front office are so kind and very communicative about appointments and payment plans and keeping you informed. If you are looking to get work done at an affordable price I definitely recommend this location on the west side of town.
Amazing experience, getting my vitals done by Santa V. she was very friendly, Maria R. assisted in the procedure was the sweetest and very helpful, Dr. Garcia Hedge did a small procedure on me and it went phenomenal she was very kind and professional made me feel comfortable during my procedure. Over all amazing experience! Thank you ladies!
