My experience at Urgent Care was excellent from start to finish. The receptionist was welcoming, organized, and exceptionally well prepared, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. The nurse was professional, attentive, and knowledgeable, helping me feel comfortable and cared for throughout my visit. The doctor was outstanding—taking the time to listen carefully to my concerns, showing genuine attentiveness, and providing a clear and thoughtful diagnosis. I truly appreciated the high level of care, professionalism, and compassion demonstrated by the entire staff.” I was throughly satisfied with my visit.
Kind, helpful - front desk didn’t treat me like a number but rather showed concern for my being ill. Nurse who took vitals was caring and very professional. Nurse Practitioner was also kind, professional and gave me all the facts. Went away feeling better than when I got there because they knew what they were doing and diagnosed me properly.
Just visited this location and after signing in online I was seen within 10 minutes of arrival. I had my vitals taken, seen by Romeo Garza, X-Rays and my prescription for meds sent to my pharmacy in less than thirty minutes. I would expect nothing less from this location both Romeo Garza and Christina Silos which are both excellent. All staff have always been professional, polite and helpful. My family of five have beeen visiting this location for years even before they changed to their new name but with the same staff. We pretty much use this location as our regular providers for any medical need. I am a veteran and have never had an issue getting my visits covered by the VA.
I went to the CareNow urgent care located on Thousand Oaks and Jones Maltsberger. Great service and personnel very attentive to to your needs. Starting from the young lady on the front desk to the nurse and doctor. Had to wait a bit but that's OK. Thank you.
The provider and staff was amazing. I got in to be seen on christmas Eve with flu symptoms and even though they were crowded, i was seen quickly since i did a precheck in online.. very thorough and professional. Highly recommended.
First is the staff Miss Kay was really good at giving instructions and handling all the documents and emails.
Lastly, the person(ruddie)to handle the tests is very nice and quick to give instructions and assistance.

They were very kind, friendly and patient with me. Explained everything thoroughly. Very thankful! I didn’t have more than a 5 min wait! Can do all paperwork on line and they will let you know when to come.
