I had an excellent experience at CareNow Urgent Care. The staff was friendly, professional, and truly listened to my concerns. I was seen quickly and the entire visit was efficient from start to finish. Everyone made me feel comfortable and well cared for, and I never felt rushed. I really appreciated how Dr. Montoya seriously took my symptoms and how thorough they were in addressing my needs. Thank you to the whole team for providing such great care and making the experience as smooth as possible. I highly recommend this clinic!
Today, July 11, 2026, is the first time I have used CareNow Urgent Care at McCreless. Every individual I encountered, from the receptionist, medial assistant and Doctor were extremely caring individuals. I never felt that there was a rush in seeing me and then discharge. They were thorough did appropriate testing and then discharged me with a prescription for treatment. All this within 2 hours of arrival. I was very impressed with the caring service I received and would willingly recommend this clinic to all.
I had a very positive experience during my employee health visit. From check-in to discharge, everyone was professional, friendly, and efficient. Wendy, the MA, was especially kind and welcoming. She did an excellent job with my blood draw—I barely felt it—and made the visit comfortable and stress-free. The front desk staff was also courteous and efficient throughout the process. Thank you all for making what could have been a routine appointment such a pleasant experience.
Absolutely fantastic crew! I had brought my husband in with an injury, Alexci checked us in. She greeted us with a warm smile and got us in quickly. Jacqueline Gonzalez called us back in a timely manner and was very kind and understanding. The young lady that took my husband's xray, Jacqueline Medina was also very kind and did great. Dr. Montoya explained everything very well and listened to his concerns. Overall great experience. We showed up just before they closed , but the staff never showed any frustration. I work in the medical field and I know it can be frustrating. So, thank you ladies, your kindness and patience it went a long way tonight.
Staff was very nice and quick. Michelle was very pleasant . Stephanie our nurse was very nice and efficient. Dr. Montoya was very nice explained everything that we needed to know. This clinic was great , staff was very nice and wait time was very short. I highly recommend this urgent care clinic.
Dr. Erica Montoya and Jacqueline were both amazing! This clinic was nice and clean . The whole staff from the Receptionist to the girls in the back were very professional, kind, and attentive. They made me feel comfortable and truly cared for. Highly recommend this office!
The care that I received was excellent and very compassionate. My PA named Sharon knew all the ways to help me with my acute asthma. She did a breathing treatment which I hadn’t had in a very long time. The medications are helping me already.! I will continue to use your Urgent Care in the future
Representative stephanie greeted me when I walked in. My nurse wendy was nice and helpful. My provider Dr. Montoya is a great doctor. My tech Jacqueline brought in what I needed. I was in and out great place.
