Absolutely horrible. Went in with chest pain after a panic attack and stated I’ve had Costochondritis before and was in a lot of pain. They said there wasn’t anything they could do for me, not even an ibuprofen. (The only reason I went to this urgent care was because I called in advance and was told I could be given something for pain until I could go to an ER.) I agreed to an EKG and was told the 2 ladies that were seeing me would be back once I changed. About 5 minutes later 2 MALE EMT’s came in unannounced. This is so unprofessional and the absolute worst thing you can do to someone who is already on edge from a panic attack and stressed with chest pain. Luckily they were able to at least give me aspirin to chew on. The nurse practitioner/dr. whatever she is with the pink hair was incredibly rude and had the audacity to give me attitude and argue with me given my bp was already elevated and I was visibly upset. The way the whole situation was handled was done very poorly, given the state I was in. Highly recommend Baptist Neighborhood Hospital, the only place I was able to get relief and was treated with care.
As a Registered Nurse (29 yrs), I have come to be very particular about where I receive my care. From the moment I walked in, my experience here was impeccable!!! Being greeted with a bright smile and comforting demeanor really goes a long way for a sick mom and child. The wait was extremely doable even though there were other patients before me. Everyone was so informative (didn't know I am a nurse - not that it should matter, but I've seen some things). Even though the staff said they were "running behind", it didn't show. You could clearly see the cohesive and professional relationship this crew has. I FELT AS IF WE WERE THEIR ONLY PATIENTS. Win-win for everyone!!!
Everyone here was so nice and helpful. I broke my pinky toe and Dr Kessler was fun and made me feel at ease. Everything from start to finish was fast and “mostly” painless other than the broken toe lol
I was seen fairly quickly. The check in process was easy. All of the staff were polite and friendly. The NP listened to all my concerns and gave me the help I needed. Overall great experience!
The lady in the front for check in was very efficient, kind and personable ! In the back I was in the care of Peyton pA-C and the nurse Tiffany. They were exceptional in their care, professionalism and kindness!! This was my first time using Urgent Care. I highly recommend!! Thank you all so very much for your help!! I am so appreciative of each and every one of you!!
Went in for a consultation and the entire staff was incredible!
They are very caring for their patients and and are very transparent.
Dr. Evan is the best provider I've seen! His transparency and genuineness is unlike anything else.

I went on Valentines day and the waiting room was empty at 11-12. I was there for a UA for pre-employment. It took about 1hr. They have water on site to assist with being ready for your UA. Staff was friendly and physical was straight forward.
Justine!!! You are amazing! Better advice today than I have gotten at my doctor. I love this clinic. I always start here if I have an issue even before I go to my doctor because they are so quick and efficient. I appreciate a place that values their patients and has a high quality of service. I have never been here and not had my issue addressed. Thank you guys!
