I was very pleased with how I was taken care of here. They called me to the back pretty fast. Once I got back there I had 2 nurses Malcolm and Kim they were absolutely Amazing. They kept me comfortable and you could tell they care about the patients. Dr. Encarnacion I believe that's how you spell his name, he was very knowledgeable and attentive. I was very satisfied. The actual service was okay and understand based on my dental issue they couldn't do much. But they gave me all otc meds and meds I was already taking and wasn't working. They didn't listen to me at all I feel like. Although very nice, it seemed they already assumed something about us when we walked in. My mom is a veteran and I do not think we should of been treated this way. They also pressured us about payment throughout the visit. This was my very first time there. I will pay the bill but I will probably not return if i had a choice.

I was admitted into this hospital today 4/9/26. I've been here several times and I'm never disappointed. I’m very happy and pleased with how Im treated every single time. But today was extra. Dr CASH and my nurse RONA were great!!. The whole team were very caring and made sure I was comfortable. A BIG SHOUT OUT TO THE EMERGENCY SIDE OF THE HOSPITAL. GREAT JOB GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!!! Once I was admitted nothing changed I had an outstanding experience during my stay at the hospital. ALL THE NURSES THAT TOOK CARE OF ME WENT OVER AND BEYOND From the moment TINA brought me to my room. The entire team made me feel cared for and supported. My nurses, DEBBIE and TINA were absolutely wonderful—they were attentive, compassionate, and went above and beyond to make my STAY as comfortable as possible. Their kindness truly made a difference. I’m grateful for the excellent care I received FROM ALL THE STAFF and recommend this hospital to anyone in need of quality medical treatment.

RN ON NIGHT shift need a position where there is no patient interaction. She insist you have patience but she has no patience at all. I tried to justify her behavior by saying she needed additional help but i found out the next day that there were only 2 patients in the whole hospital !! Many more employees than than patients. The food is shipped in . There's no cafeteria. There was NO DOCTOR on duty. You could only have a teleconference with a DOCTOR. I was transferred here from the Rigsby location against my will. That's another story. DO NOT GO TO A NEIGHBORHOOD HOSPITIAL unless you have to. It's just one step above a urgent care center.
