Everyone was very kind and helpful, from the front desk staff to the X-ray technician. I especially appreciated that there was a student learning alongside the technician—the teacher and student both spoke to me kindly and made the experience feel welcoming and supportive. They were very understanding and patient while helping me remove any metal items I wasn’t sure about. Overall, they made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for. I also appreciated the clear and helpful guidance they gave me on how to stand during the X-rays.
Ive had to do different types of imaging at this (and another baptist m&s center) and at both it's been such an easy process. Very quick and straight forward. All the staff and techs have been very clear and easy to work with. And pretty quick turn around on results from imaging. All in all happy to have this clinic around as a person who gets imaging frequently
The technicians that attended me were very compassionate and kind. Explained in detail all that was going to take place and made me feel comfortable. The nurse practitioner that administrated the injection in my elbow explained in detail and also very kind and compassionate.
It was the best experience I’ve ever had at an imaging center. Everyone was so nice. The tech explained what was going to happen and he was a very nice person. It’s honestly the best place I’ve ever bent to for imaging.
All very good, professional, prompt employees that I dealt with, & convenience from Loop 1604W in & out was great. Great signage & parking was perfect. My 2 procedures took about an hour, & I was out the door & on my way to work.
Today’s visit at ONI was great! Great facility and excellent staff. Emily checked me in and she was great, I can’t remember the CT techs name but she was great too. In and out quickly! Thanks again!
