After a poor experience at a local dermatologist I found Advanced Dermatology and Vi Banh, and couldn’t be more pleased. She is attentive, insightful and listens with genuine curiosity. It’s the kind of care and service that aside from immediate suggestions or quick results also tells you you are in good hands and won’t be left hanging if you have questions or concerns. Also, the facility is spotless and they are up on all the latest capabilities and tech. Feels like partnering in my own well-being, which is a nice plus. Highly recommend Advanced Dermatology and in particular, Vi Banh.
Dr. Kaplan is the very best! He is knowledgeable and very skilled in his profession. His staff is very pleasant and informative as well. I’ve been going there over 20 years now and have been very pleased every time!
Dr. Adam Kaplan and his staff were extremely kind and competent when I had my MOHS surgery on my leg yesterday. The office staff kindly assisted me in using the iPad to complete my office forms when it turned off after a pause. They were patient and pleasant and always had a smile.
The medical staff were very competent and explained the procedure thoroughly before the Dr. came in. Also very kind and pleasant. And Dr. Kaplan himself, well, answered every question thoroughly, was patient, took time to make sure I understood what he was doing and that I had no pain.
Surgery is never a picnic but Dr. Andrew Kaplan and his staff made it as pleasant as possible. Oh, and later when I received a welfare call from the practice, it was the Dr. himself! Big surprise! That never happened before. Highly recommend Dr. Andrew Kaplan and Advanced Dermatology.
I went in for treatment of a basal cell carcinoma, not having done this before. Everything was well explained and the procedure was painless. The waiting room was clean and stocked with snacks, which is good while you’re waiting an hour for results. The staff was cheerful and Dr. Kaplan is very skilled, based on my no-pain experience. If I ever have to do this again ( hopefully not) I would definitely go here again.
Laurel Schwartz MD is tremendous! She did a great job removing my cyst. No pain or discomfort and done in minutes.
Plus, she is super cool and genuine. I feel like I made a new friend yesterday.
The doctor knew exactly what my son's diagnosis was and provided an excellent treatment immediately for him.
He was seen the same day, we called for an appointment, as the need was there. Great place and staff!
This was my first time having bcc removed so I was anxious especially as it was on my forehead. The staff explained everything to me simply, made sure my questions were answered & truly helped calm my nerves. At home care was explained very clearly! Dr Kaplan even called me personally in the early evening to follow up & makes sure I was okay.I felt taken care of & would definitely recommend De Japkan & staff for anyone requiring these services. A very positive experience!
Very good experience with this practice. Easy check in, short wait time if any at all, and excellent providers. I highly recommend Jared Luke!! He’s very knowledgeable, and personable making you feel at ease. I’ve recommended him to three people who thanked me profusely!
