The medical care itself is good. Dr. Jacob W. Charny comes across as knowledgeable and professional, and I don’t really have concerns about that part.
The issue is more with how the facility is run. Scheduling has been consistently off. You book, say, a 12:00 appointment, arrive on time, and then end up waiting another 20–30 minutes. It’s not a one-off, it’s a pattern.
It feels like the clinic is overbooking and not really accounting for patients’ time.
So if you have a tight schedule, it’s something to keep in mind. No complaints about Dr. Charny, but the overall office management definitely needs improvement.
Absolutely love Dr Anolik. She is very friendly and professional. Listens to all your concerns and addresses as much as she can during the first appointment. Their billing department could be better. I was told I had a credit from a previous visit I had in 2024. I asked why I wasn't refunded 2 years ago and they said they don't refund patients, they just allow the credit to sit on the account. Bizzard how they want their copayments up front, and don't refund you even after the insurance pays them in full.
Dr. Anolik and her team are the best!!! I can’t say enough good things about her. She’s friendly, caring, listens well, and allows you to discuss anything that’s concerning you. Wait times in her office are great, too!
The level of expertise and attention to detail was outstanding. The staff was friendly, efficient, and welcoming, creating a positive experience from start to finish. I truly felt that my health and well-being were their top priority.
I have used this practice for the last six years and am very pleased with the level of professionalism, care and friendliness. From the front desk to the assistants to Dr. Rachel, everyone acts calm and interested in ones well being. I was treated with warmth, given appropriate information and supplies and was treated as part of the team when choosing the best options for my situation. I highly recommend Dr. Rachel and her staff!

My daughter was seen today by Dr.Rachel Anolik along with Jenn , her medical assistant! My daughter had a wonderful visit and all our concers were addressed! The doctor was very attentive and answered all our questions in a compassionate manner! The medical assistant Jenn was very pleasant and knowledgeable and made my teenage daughter feel at ease!
