Oh what a joy! Having been through two NHS dentists private services who just want to sell us tens of thousands of pounds worth of implants we bit the bullet and went private to The Yorkshire Dentist in Birmingham. We arrived on one of the hottest days of the year to be greeted by there super aircon and everything from the two women on reception (who were compassionate, professional, knowledgeable and friendly) to the tea and (Yorkshire Dentist branded) bottled water we were treated like we mattered. Reception is slick but not clinical. We waited no more than 5 minutes before the Dental nurse came and collected my partner. The Dentist was amazingly caring, understanding and made her feel as relaxed as she has ever been in a dentists chair. He recommended exactly what Sharon had requested and spec'd the procedure with absolute clarity. Back in reception we were still talking about her consultation when the lovely Carol joined us to discuss the business of the dentistry. Inviting us up to her office she noticed I was disabled and so to assist she brought her office to us, very much appreciated. Carol was clear about the procedure and future visits, the price and payment options. The price I believe is an incredible bargain, considering the class of premises, staff and dentist - I paid in full there and then. That was our first appointment, we have 2 more to go and I promise to report back on those too. If you need a Dentist...you cannot do better than calling The Yorkshire Dentist Birmingham!
All the staff and dentist we encountered today were extremely friendly and helpful. Andrea at the front desk was very pleasant and offered us drinks upon arrival. Dr Zenezo was very professional, welcoming and made Adam feel at ease with the whole process and fully explained his best suited option but also the other options available to him. Cleo was lovely and explained the booking process and finance options to us and was very clear about how everything would play out going forward and helped us complete the finance application. No one rushed us or made us feel like we had to make a decision there and then. Great experience, and Adam is looking forward to coming back to complete his treatment plan

22/04/26 - I had an another appointment today this time with Cassie and another lady (sorry I can’t remember the name of the Second Lady). They were both exceptional. Very friendly helpful and professional. I cannot recommend these guys any higher. Always a pleasure going here.
Totally dissatisfied. I would have given zero stars if I could. I started a treatment at this place when it was an independent practice. Middle of the treatment it was taken over by Yorkshire Dental suite. From that time the quality of treatment and attitude of the Dentist changed. Many of my concerns were not addressed and complaints unanswered. I feel that the whole attitude is unprofessional and far below expected standard. The quality of the procedure is also deteriorated and there have been missed complications. Despite raising it repeatedly, there is no response. I can’t believe it is being advertised as the practice with best feedback.
I visited Yorkshire Dental Suite in Birmingham today for my consultation and honestly had the best experience. From the moment I arrived, Andrea made me feel so welcome — she even offered me a drink straight away, which really set the tone for how luxurious and professional the clinic is.
Carol was absolutely amazing — she went above and beyond to sort out all of my future appointments and made everything so easy. She also worked around my budget and gave me several discounts, which I really appreciated and didn’t expect at all.
The service was exceptional from start to finish. Such a beautiful clinic with genuinely caring staff. I’m so impressed and can’t recommend them enough! Can’t wait for my future appointments with Dr Farman Ali and to see how my new teeth look!
I attended YDS for a consultation on composite bonding. I was met in reception by Andrea who checked me in made me a hot drink and made me feel at ease. The rest of the visit was great. Dr Rishaine discussed my options, took time to listen to what my aims were and recommended the best ways they could achieve this,baring in mind the health of my teeth and the smile I wanted.
Rebecca and Kay took care of my scans and an initial clean.
Carol supported with the finance options, with full consideration of what I wanted and budget. I felt confident I was in good hands.
The overall experience was excellent. The staff were caring, professional and the new site in Birmingham is in a beautiful listed building. Car parking is also available.
Will definitely be recommending YDS to friends and family.
Very friendly and welcoming staff from the start. Lillie, Andrea and Carol from processing team were great and Uzair the dentist I had the consultation was also very welcoming and I felt at home. Looking forward to starting my treatment
