I had two wosdom teeth extracted by Dr Bhavin Patel, he's an exceptional dental surgeon, both extractions were fast and completely painless, he's extremely good at his job. After the first extraction I had trouble managing pain and the clinic made everything they could to help me. I'm extremely grateful and happy with the treatment received.
I had a very positive experience getting a tooth implant recently with Bhavin and Monika who are both so kind and friendly, and explained everything in a very clear and informative way.
They were very patient with me during my appointments and made sure I was comfortable throughout, which I really appreciated. They were also always available to answer any questions and give advice outside of my appointment.
I’m really happy with how it all went and I would highly recommend.
I had a dental hygiene appointment today with Bisma Ahsan-Ayub and it was a really great experience. Both Bisma and her assistant were extremely polite, and professional throughout the entire appointment, which made me feel very comfortable.
Bisma did a great job and made sure everything was done carefully. She also took the time to explain how to properly brush my teeth and how to use interdental brushes to clean between them, which I found very helpful.
I really appreciated how informative and friendly both Bisma and her assistant were. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend Bisma Ahsan-Ayub and her team to anyone looking for a professional and caring dental hygienist.
Had my yearly check-up with Ella and very happy with the service. Had dental work done with her in the past and she is excellent at her job. Very friendly and I always feel comfortable with her. Highly recommend!
Ella is an excellent dentist. Not only do you feel she cares about the quality of your teatment she is also very reassuring and explains what she's doing at each stage. Magda her nurse is also very welcoming and pleasant.
I’m sharing a review of the whole process rather than just the treatment. I had been very happy with the practice, but less so over the last year, which has coincided with me seeking NHS rather than private treatment. (Cost of living crisis, anyone?!) I had a broken tooth last year, went to get it looked at and I think the dentist spent more time on the computer than in my mouth. When I said I also had pain and sensitivity in the other side the response was rather curt and dismissive. I booked an appointment for a filling, 2 months wait. I was then phoned, in plenty of time, by the practice cancelling due to the dentist’s holiday and the appointment moved to the following month. The day before that appointment I was phoned with the practice cancelling that appointment ‘because they had run out of NHS hours’ - not sure why my appointment was cancelled rather than others not being booked in. Anyway, I was offered a private appointment time for NHS treatment the following month, so whilst not delighted to be moved again I was glad it was only another month’s wait. I was less impressed wih having to fill in online forms asking me whether I was happy with my appearance and wrinkles etc, not sure what that had to do with my filling. So, I turned up and the dentist was surprised the booking was in private slot, wondered why there wasn’t a note in the system about it but he’d do it. And I should !think so after being messed around twice already (and their administrative processes being nothing to with me). The filling was done quickly and efficiently without pain, but it’s a little high - hopefully it will grind down a bit with eating etc.
So, overall, it’s good to have a dentist that still offers NHS services and is just around the corner, but I’m a bit narked with the customer service side and wondering whether I’ve offended the dentist, given his demeanour. I’d give 3.5 stars if they did half marks.
I was very impressed with the trouble the staff went to to accommodate my need to go to a room on the ground floor. Jordon Dimock was kind and attentive as well as very professional. The receptionist was also very helpful in organising the ground floor room and opened the door for me on my departure
Brilliant experience as always with my dentist. Want to give a special mention to the 3 ladies at the front desk: Steph, Lynne & Karen. They were so lovely, generous & warm towards me & we had some really nice conversations that lifted me up & boosted my spirit!
