Arthur is hands down the best dentist there is. I’ve had two root canals, fillings, and regular cleans done by him, and every single experience has been completely pain-free, which is something I never thought I’d say about dental work! He always takes the time to explain everything clearly before and during the procedure, which really helps put me at ease. Throughout every appointment, he constantly checks in to make sure I’m comfortable and okay, which shows how much he genuinely cares about his patients. I couldn’t recommend Arthur enough – if you’re looking for a skilled, professional, and caring dentist, he’s the one to go to!

I have been coming to this practise since I was a toddler for over 25+ years but never have I ever come across such professional but also compassionate empathetic members of staff like Artur (senior dental practitioner) and Emma (dental assistant). For somebody who suffers with complex mental health simple things like coming to the dentist can be very daunting especially the anxiety around having any teeth removed/surgical procedures - Today I experienced a full blown panic attack mid treatment however Emma was able to guide me through with breath work and Artur was able to clearly guide me through the whole surgical procedure frequently checking if I felt anything and if I was okay to continue. The service from beginning to end was exemplary and they should be both commended for how they handled me during treatment. A clear plan was put in place for further treatment and I cannot recommend either of them enough! Thank you so much both!! :)

Professional, polite and excellent service Love Dr. Ibnat. I found her to be extremely thorough, gentle, sensitive, a true professional. Her nurses were pleasant - Asthat even helped me with my bag as she could see I was struggling with the stairs and my walking stick! That touched me! Dr. Ibnat has such an excellent bed side manner. She makes you feel relaxed; meets you where you are and let's you know step by step what is coming next so you don't get a shock. Incredibly considerate! I treatment itself was brilliant but the whole experience was so nice! Who on earth would put "Dental experience" and "Nice" in the same sentence?! Well I will because that was my experience with Dr. Ibnat. Bless her, she was also aware of my Health Condition and my having to suspend my Chemotherapy to see her. Dr. Ibnat showed me - she'd done her home work - read and prepared as we were taught, back in my Legal days as a Barrister-At-Law. You don't walk in blindly into a Case. You go in prepared. Dr. Ibnat was so considerate she even advised that she would let the Hygienist whom I am seeing tomorrow be made aware of my incredibly sensitive teeth as I explained that the last time I saw a Hygienist the Process had to be stopped because I couldn't take it anymore because of my sensitive teeth. Although I no longer practice Law and went into Health and Social Care - working with Local Authorities ( the last one was with The London Borough of Enfield Council) - managing and training Staff on EVERYTHING to do with Quality Assurance; Compliance with Law and Regulations; Contract Monitoring and Policies and Procedures - it means everywhere I go now I am "Quality Assurance" conscious. I noted therefore how Dr. Ibnat was Compliance conscious - with PPR; Cleanliness and even when explaining my Procedure - she reminded of how I trained Staff when she asked me if I understood her explanations and I kindly repeated it to her. Excellent way of ensuring people understand what you have said to them, including the details of the Procedure and why said Procedure has been chosen. My apologies for every typographical and grammatical errors. Unfortunately I cannot proof read what I have typed on my mobile phone, because the box in which I am typing in doesn't allow such movement. I’ve been a patient of Westpole for 33 years, and have never experienced a dentist quite as outstanding as Arthur. He is an incredible asset to the surgery and it is truly the first time in 33 years I’ve left with no pain, and a smile on my face, and all after a root canal! He is someone who genuinely cares for his patients and has a great dry sense of humour that immediately puts you at ease. His dental nurse is also excellent. I cannot recommend Arthur highly enough. Kim on reception is always great to see and has been a constant for a long time.
