Extremely disappointed with my visit. Destiny showed up 45 minutes late with no communication or apology for the delay. When I was finally seen, the entire check-up lasted barely five minutes. It felt like they just wanted to rush through and move on to the next person rather than take the time to do a proper exam. This level of service is completely unacceptable for a professional dental office. I value my time and expect at least basic courtesy and thorough care. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling frustrated and disregarded. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone who expects professionalism and respect for their appointment time.
One of my biggest regrets was being treated at this dental practice by that dentist who caused me pain and suffering. In the end I had to go to another dental practice to see a private dentist to try and treat the dental trauma/pain caused by this dentist. But I am still having issues.
I sent an email on 28/01/2026 to Westminster House Dental Practice describing my ordeal but I had no response. I called the receptionist but she could not confirm when they will respond to my email. I still have had no response to my email.
Dental Practitioner/Hygienist is always there to offer advice on how to do better with looking after teeth and gums.
Reception staff could do with showing a bit more interest and friendliness, as some of us already have a fear of going to the dentist, so a receivable and welcoming person would help a little.
I’ve been a patient at Westminster house dental for almost 10 years, and have always had excellent service, from dental checkups and x-rays, to my entire Invisalign journey at the practice. They are responsive, understanding and highly caring and knowledgeable professionals (I’ve had a few different dentists over the years and the service level has not faltered!). I’ve had both NHS and private care, and recommend for both.
Been with this practice for years, and without a doubt its the best dentist I've ever visited. I used to be a patient of Christian but now use the other dentists at this practice and they are all top notch. Can't recommend enough
This Dental Practice is one of the best practices in London! Excellent services and very friendly professional staff.
I was made to feel at ease despite the noise of the machine to sort my teeth out. Finally my mouth feels much better again 😄
Always a good experience visiting this dental practice. Disha is our family dentist and we won’t go to anyone else as Disha is great with our children and very thorough in examining teeth, gums and the area around the face and mouth. We always feel reassured when we leave.
