Today was my fourth visit to Dr Harshida and Dr Nikita at West London Dental. Every time I visit, they make me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. Before even mentioning how experienced and talented she is, I must say that Dr Harshida is a truly wonderful human being. During my root canal, she understood exactly how I was feeling before I could even react. Dr Nikita also always welcomes me with a bright smile. Additionally, the receptionists are always very polite and patient when answering questions. I highly recommend them!

I vistsed today for an emergency dental NHS appointment. Ms. Namrata Kukadiya and and dental nurse, Nisha were absolutely amazing. Ms. Namrata took the time to explain everything in detail. She is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and is an absolute asset to the service. Nisha was amazing and also very kind and compassionate. She consoled be when I was in pain, but always remained attentive to the service that was being provided and the instructions given. I had a very painful procedure, and their care made the experience an exceedingly positive one. A prime example of quality service underpinned by all the values we expect from the NHS. Thank you so much, both of you.

There is a pattern of last-minute cancellations without adequate notice. I’ve had to call repeatedly just to confirm if appointments were still going ahead. The level of communication and professionalism at the front desk needs improvement. Better respect for patients’ time would go a long way.

Thank you Namrita and Nisha. Amazing service. Such good behaviour is motivating my child to visit dentist regularly. Thank you so much again. And lady at reception was brilliant and knows her work too well. Thanks again.

Dr Namrata and Nisha were fantastic and very informative, kindly answering all my questions with patience. Their attention to detail was great, I'd recommend them to any patient!

Avoid this clinic at all costs. They book NHS emergency appointments but give each patient no more than about 10 minutes before the next person is called in. It feels like they are simply rushing through as many patients as possible rather than actually helping people in pain. Every appointment seems to follow the same pattern: a very quick look in your mouth, minimal listening to your symptoms and then you are sent away with a prescription for painkillers or antibiotics. In many cases, that is the only “solution” they offer. I understand that NHS emergency appointments are not meant for full dental treatments. However, people book these appointments because they are often in severe pain or dealing with an unexpected dental problem. The purpose should be to provide some form of temporary relief or treatment that helps you manage until your next proper appointment. For example, if your next dentist appointment is in two weeks, a clinic should at least consider temporary solutions such as a temporary filling or another short-term treatment that helps you eat, drink and function until then. Unfortunately, this clinic does not seem interested in doing that. They barely listen to your symptoms. If you say you are in serious pain, cannot eat or cannot drink, it is largely ignored. The response is simply to prescribe painkillers and tell you to book another appointment weeks later. But if painkillers were enough, people wouldn’t be booking emergency dental appointments in the first place. It feels like the clinic is booking as many emergency appointments as possible so they can charge both patients and the NHS, while providing the bare minimum service. The experience is rushed, impersonal and very frustrating when you are already in pain. This happened to my friend today and thinking back, I had exactly the same experience at this clinic a few years ago when I had severe tooth pain.

WORST for customer service ! Lack of professionalism, poor communication, and complete absence of follow up! Disappointing experience at this dental clinic. When I attended to register, I completed the required form and handed it to the reception team. The staff member did not acknowledge me properly, and responded bluntly when I asked how long it typically takes to receive an appointment after initial registration. This was in early 2025. It is now one year later, and I have not received a single phone call, update, or appointment. There has been no communication of any kind.
