Exceptional care and attention. Dr Lee Marnitz is extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind. I had to have a root canal, and didn't even feel the injection. Whilst an uncomfortable proceedure, he did an excellent job and I am super pleased with the results. Definitely recommend this dental practice.

I feel incredibly lucky to be a patient at West London Dental Centre. It is such a warm and welcoming place to go, highly efficient, professional and friendly staff and incredibly dental care from Dr Clarke. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

I had a very positive experience at West London Dental Surgery. Dr. Patel was highly skilled, thorough, and clearly experienced, he took the time to ensure everything was done carefully and professionally. The reception staff were also excellent: efficient, polite, and helpful throughout. Overall, a well-run practice with a high standard of care.

I recently moved to Chiswick and I'm looking for a new dentist. I felt very happy with my first check up appointment, but unfortunately the dentist has now retired. Also the surgery has moved to new premises which to me feel very souless and unwelcoming, with no sense of community. Perhaps the dentists just rent space? I did not feel comfortable with my appointment with the hygienist, I didn't feel listened to and the process was very painful, something I have not experienced before. People who already have a good relationship with their dentist will probably be happy here, but as I had not yet established that, I'm looking elsewhere.

Felt misled and out of pocket for a 15-minute “emergency” visit I called a few days ago to book an appointment because my crown is loose and needs fixing/replacing. No one mentioned that I was being booked into what you call an “emergency call.” I came in today and the visit lasted literally 15 minutes. All that happened was an X-ray. Afterwards I was told that was the only thing you would do today, and that if I wanted to proceed I’d first need to book a full mouth check (to “see if something else was going on”) and then a third appointment to fix the very issue I called about. So I’m expected to wait around two weeks before the real problem is addressed? I even asked today for you to check my whole mouth to avoid wasting more time and was told, “this is only an emergency call and is max 30 minutes.” Again, no one mentioned any of this when I booked—and you had me there for just 15 minutes. Finally, I was charged £100 for an X-ray and no progress on the actual issue. This felt like poor value and a lack of transparency—borderline dishonest. Please improve your communication when booking: clearly state if the slot is an “emergency” with strict time limits, what will (and won’t) be done, and whether the presenting problem can actually be treated during that visit.

When the first thing you hear is a receptionist say to a patron waiting in line in front of you - "sorry, we made a mistake with your booking and wont be able to see you today" I knew I was in trouble. They kindly offered a free visit for this gentlemen whose appointment they had overlooked. My first appointment was scheduled for 4PM today. I raced across London - 1 hour and 20 minutes away - I made it on time. 6 minutes early to be exact. I waited in the lobby for more than 15 minutes before I was told to see the hygienist. Sitting in the chair the hygienist had me fill out a first time information form - why wasn't I given that in the lobby? (Here is why that matters) She then proceeded to tell me, as the tools were probing my mouth, that she will do her best to clean my teeth today, but in the event that she cannot finish, and that if I am not happy, that I will have to book another visit at a later date. Wait, what? if she cant finish and If I am not happy? I have never heard this before. I had asked her what she meant, and she said that each patient is given a certain amount of time, and since i was late (hold on, I was early) that she would "do her best" - but I knew this meant she was setting me up for a a disappointment that I would be coming back for a second visit. And that second visit wouldn't be free. Not that the attitude of the hygienist was acceptable in the first place, but hey, its the end of the day and I know we all want to go home But I wasn't late. I was early. And the receptionists were explaining to people why they were late and missing due to the office moving and the new software and the (insert excuses here) But she said I was. And that she didn't see me in the waiting room, Yet I did check in, and the receptionist did ask my name, and knew I was present and waiting. I was only 1 one 4 people in the small waiting room, and the only one standing. The hygienist repeatedly shared with me why she thought I was late, in a more and more aggressive and argumentative tone. This was one of the rudest persons I had met in a long while. I wouldn't be surprised if there were similar interactions with clients before. I did something I had never done before I got up out of the chair and walked out If you would like to berated, then this is the place for you. And no, even a free visit wouldn't have me come back.

I’ve been visiting this practice for years. The care is outstanding and the team are so helpful and accommodating. The hygienist Melody is the best one I've ever had in my entire life and has completely changed my oral health. Can’t recommend them enough. Claire is also so brilliant at her job and always such a pleasure to deal with.

Wonderful team, very welcoming and friendly. I’ve had two appointments here now, and both times I found the service excellent. I Can’t recommend this place enough! For someone who has always been petrified, I found myself actually enjoying my appointment for the first time. Melody is amazing. She talks me through everything and is super gentle. Amazing service and super clean practice. I look forward to my next appointment! Thanks guys!
