Some good, some not as good - it depends on which therapist you have. For my first few sessions I didn't really know any difference and didn't particularly mind who I had, so booked the same person for a couple and then when she wasn't available booked someone else. Once I'd experienced Maria I wanted to stick with her. Maria is knowledgeable, thorough and genuinely wants the best results for you. However, on 2 occasions that I specifically booked Maria, this changed upon arrival. Luckily for my last appointment I did manage to get Maria. I wanted 1 last good session as wasn't going to pay for more sessions. My other appointments took about 10 minutes, but Maria takes the full 30 minutes and I definitely felt like this is the reason I finally got some results with the hair removal. Out of 10 sessions, about 5 were with Maria and have proven to have good results, but the 5 others were a little pointless and not worth the £700 I paid in total. The clinic is nice and it was good when you could pick your therapist online/the app, but the problem is this can change and then you're not getting the person you want. This isn't even an issue with quality in all cases but could be someone wanting the same therapist as more comfortable with that person, or having one person see their private areas.
I would have recommended if my sessions did not change therapist without my knowledge prior to my appointment, but then again only if you get a thorough therapist treating you.
Been getting laser for some me time and this was my 3rd session with the new clinic .Sam was my laser tech and was absolutely amazing .She made me feel so comfortable and was chatting to me the whole time checking if I was okay .Would highly recommend her 💗💗
I was quite nervous before my laser treatment, but Saba immediately put me at ease. She was so gentle, friendly, and kind throughout the whole appointment, making me feel comfortable and reassured from start to finish. Saba took the time to explain everything clearly and was very professional. Thanks to her care and attention, I felt much more relaxed. I had a really great experience with my laser treatment, especially since it was my first time. Laurivania was amazing—she made me feel calm and comfortable throughout the entire process. I was quite nervous at the beginning, but her friendly approach and reassurance really helped me relax.

Had jaw Botox today with Dr Hajira today for the first time . She was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel calm and relaxed for my procedure and explained aftercare with a meticulous level of detail which made me feel validated and listened to. The standard of care at the Trafford centre location was amazing I would recommend Thérapie to anyone who is looking to have this procedure done as the the customer service provided by the doctors and the front of house team are excellent throughout from start to finish.
I have been to a few aestheticians in therapie Manchester before, but I can genuinely say that Somayeh stands out. She takes her time with every session and is extremely thorough, which makes a huge difference in the results. You can really tell that she cares about the quality of her work and the comfort of her clients. Since starting my treatments with her, I’ve noticed a clear improvement compared to my previous experiences. She is professional, patient, and very knowledgeable.
