I have functional botox injections in my the masseters due to severe jaw pain., the nhs will only cover a certain amount of treatments, so i'm having to pay privately. Paulina has been absolutely fantastic. She has read my medical report from my consultants so she knew exactly how to follow on the treatment, and I will continue having it with her. She is incredibly friendly and professional.
I would recommend her to anybody.
The only one downside is the actual facilities it's not really accessible for a disabled person who uses mobility aids, i was lucky that I didn't turn up in my wheelchair if I had I wouldn't have been able to have treatment, thankfully I am able to use my rollator currently but still it's a struggle.
I had an amazing experience with my Botox treatment. The injector was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, and explained everything clearly. The results are natural, subtle, and exactly what I hoped for. I felt completely comfortable and confident in their care. Highly recommend to anyone looking for safe, professional, and beautiful results.
I had a great experience at Therapie! Everyone is so warm, welcoming and non-judgemental. They made me feel really comfortable and were also honest with me.
I will say there were some therapist that put a lot more effort in proving me excellent treatment more than other. I had laser hair removal and I found there were some therapist that would rush through my session, not use the proper tools provided to make sure they got every single area that needed to be treated. This is was the minority though! Other than this, I had a great experience.
I am over the moon with my results usually it’s about a week before I see any improvement, but I can see the results straight away. I’ve been having Botox for six years. This was the first time going here. And I am really impressed She gave me great advice of what to do with a sculpture facial. She explained everything to me. She took pictures before so when I go back in two weeks time for my review so I see the difference but like I say, I’ve seen it instantly.thank you so much I would highly recommend here

Lauren and Tate are always such a ray of sunshine as soon a you walk in to the clinic. Paulina as always was very lovely and my injections were pain free and over so quickly. If you’re feeling a little apprehensive or on the fence about treatments this clinic is defo the place to visit. They are informative, supportive and very knowledgeable!
I've visited a number of Therapie clinics over the last couple of years for my laser. It's safe to say, since moving last year, and experiencing Therapie Bromley, it is BY FAR the very best one. The service. The results. The welcoming atmosphere. I consistently book with Jayda, who is faultless. Amazing. Every time. She makes me feel at ease, makes every visit personal, is extremely personable and knowledgeable. My results have been fantastic (after some disappointing results previously), I won't be going anywhere else from now on.
