I’ve been having salicylic peel treatments with Waseela since 2025, and I’ve had a consistently positive experience. She is very kind, professional, and knowledgeable about what she does.
She always takes the time to answer any questions I have and makes sure I feel comfortable throughout the process. One thing I really appreciate is how much she cares about her clients’ results and safety. After every treatment, she always reminds me about proper aftercare.

Waseela at Birmingham Temple street is amazing. It’s my 5th session and I’ve been to multiple branches/technicians due to travelling a lot, but no one has been to the standard Waseela was. I had a top-up appointment just one month ago and I am extremely unhappy with the result. The treatment made almost no difference and feels like it did not work at all. I spent money expecting a noticeable improvement, but unfortunately the outcome was very poor. This has been a disappointing experience.
I had my first session with samatha today. She is an amazing practitioner. She made me feel at ease during my laser therapy. Technique is excellent. Was seen earlier than appointment. Would recommend to everyone that is looking for any treatments.
