Outstanding Care From Start to Finish
Tooth Extraction appointment was on 5th of June 2026 at 8am.
The pre-assessment appointment was extremely professional and completely pain free. The team took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions, and help put me at ease before the procedure.
I recently underwent the extraction of a severely decayed lower left molar, the tooth immediately in front of my wisdom tooth. The tooth had previously become infected and required antibiotics, so naturally I was quite anxious beforehand. However, the care I received from the entire team was outstanding.
I remember arriving at the clinic, being given information about the procedure, having the SpO₂ monitor placed on my fingertip, the cannula being inserted, and the medication being administered. After that, I remember absolutely nothing.
I do not remember the procedure itself. I do not remember being taken into recovery. I do not remember waking up afterwards. The next thing I clearly remember is being woken when my next of kin arrived to collect me. I do not remember the journey home, and my next clear memory is arriving back at my house and going straight to bed.
Despite the condition of the tooth and the fact that it had previously been infected, I experienced remarkably little discomfort afterwards. Even on the day of the extraction, the pain was only around 4 out of 10, and since then I have experienced no significant pain, swelling, or complications.
The professionalism, kindness, reassurance, and expertise shown by the dental team were exceptional throughout. They made what could have been a very stressful experience feel straightforward, comfortable, and completely manageable.
I am extremely grateful for the care I received and would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone requiring oral surgery or dental treatment.

Tooth extraction last week at Nightingale Clinic. Although initially was apprehensive regarding a local anesthetic, I really wanted it removed asap as I had been in pain for some time. Anyway couldn't have gone anywhere better and I'm sure far superior to the finest private surgery. Everyone was utterly professional and the treatment and guidance was utterly first class. Would thoroughly recommend them.
We had a fantastic experience with Dr Benjamin Marlow. He did an amazing job with my son’s orthodontic treatment and the results are better than we expected. Dr Marlow was always professional, patient, and very clear in explaining every step of the process.
My son felt comfortable and confident during every visit, and the whole team was friendly and helpful. The treatment was well organised and the care was outstanding from start to finish.
We are extremely happy with the final result and we would highly recommend Dr Benjamin Marlow to anyone looking for an excellent orthodontist.
This is the best clinic ever!!! A few years ago I had my wisdom teeth removed. Today, my underage son had appointment for braces. All the staff, the doctors and receptionists are always very professional, kind, caring and friedly. They make you feel comfortable, welcome and cared for.

had my wisdom tooth removed this morning and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. My appointment was at 8:45am, and I was walking out by 8:52am — incredibly efficient without ever feeling rushed.
Dr Daniel Van Der Westhuizen was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I sat down, he was so kind, calm, and reassuring, which immediately put me at ease. The whole procedure was quick, smooth, and far less daunting than I expected.

True Professionalism from the reception staff, surgeons and recovery room. We have been going to Nightingales for over 10 years and have never been disappointed with our treatments, excellent and amazing service. They are very caring, thoughtful and patient.
