The staff have been exceptionally kind and professional throughout my experience. Dr. Naji has been incredibly thorough, meticulous, and attentive to every detail, which gave me great confidence in the care I received. Rochelle was also wonderful, kind, welcoming, always smiling, and incredibly supportive.
Everyone took excellent care of me, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. I've already recommended the clinic to my friends and family, and I will definitely be returning. Thank you to the entire team for such outstanding care!
I had a thoroughly positive experience at the Devonshire Diagnostic Centre. I underwent an echocardiogram with Catherine and had a 24-hour heart monitor setup with Arva, and I was impressed by every aspect of the care. The team demonstrated excellent punctuality, provided clear and understandable explanations of each procedure, and showed genuine attention to my comfort throughout. Their professionalism and attention to care made me feel confident and well-supported. I highly recommend the Devonshire Diagnostic Centre for anyone needing cardiac diagnostics.

Professionalism at its best. Prof Mokbel and his team took exceptional care of me from diagnosis through surgery and after care. They just have a way of making you feel so at ease. Shout out to Velina, she was so amazing and reassuring.
My blood test was carried out by Mylene who was excellent. I don’t do well with needles or blood tests and Mylene made sure I was comfortable and relaxed at all times and took my mind off the tests. She also took the time to wait and check that I was feeling 100% before letting me leave. An excellent experience and I definitely recommend.
My experience from start to finish of my admission to have a cervical facet procedure done. Was amazing, very friendly, helpful, professional & reassuring. Would definitely recommend & will go again, if need to have any other medical procedure done 😊
I was treated with care, respect and dignity by all members of staff from the minute I entered the building. And all members of staff seemed to know precisely why I was there and what tests and treatments I was due to receive. An incredible service. Thank you.
Inpatient wards have nursing shortages, its worse than NHS care. 30minutes to respond to a patient. Oncology ward doesnt have specialist oncologist ward doctors who dont know what the yare doing. Ward doesn't have simple equipment in the rooms.
Complained to nurse manager, only had 'corporate speak' excuses and came back with no feedback. Profit maximising institution which puts money before patient care. DO NOT GO HERE
