Laila was exceptionally professional, friendly, and thorough throughout the appointment. The most amazing wonderful experience at South Kensington MEDICAL AND DENTAL clinic Laila was absolutely amazing hygienist. My teeth feel so fresh and clean. The whole team was super friendly. I can confirm that this clinic provides rare and complicated medical tests performed by an accredited laboratory. The process is very simple. The staff are kind, attentive, efficient and patient. The clinic in South Kensington London is very clean, well organised, well staffed and easy to access via public transport.
The nurse I saw was supportive, highly trained, very professional and made me feel safe and of value.
The results were sent in a few days and I was given support and information on the results as soon as I called.
This clinic doesn't require a referral from a GP, or a Consultant, so you can find out what you need to know without having to go through the process of explaining it to someone else.
Since the results are accredited the results can be given to another medical professional if one chooses to do so.
This is a private clinic, but you don't need health insurance, you can self pay.
They check you are asking for the right test and they give you a fixed price with everything included before you book an appointment.

I have received treatment on the emergency care by Dr Shilan. She is a life saver and an amazing dentist and a skilled person who puts her patient first..
I cant thank enough Dr Shilan who eased me that day..her assistant was superb cant remember her name due to my pain.
But what Dr Shilan did for me i am very happy and greatful to a wonderful dentist.if in future I have to see another dentist apart from mine Dr Shilan will be my first choice.

Came here for a scale and polish last year and was so amazed at the service levels, expertise and professionalism that I became a member and started my pro-aligner treatment. I just want to say they have been absolutely amazing throughout the process. Constantly checking if everything is okay. Doing what they can to work around your needs and having general patience and care in how they operate. If you have any questions, they take the time to explain and will you give you expert advice, so you always go away with a new found respect for the practise. Big shoutout to Andrea, who’s taking care of my treatment, Elisabeth who took care of my scale and polish/airflow and an extra special shout out to the reception team, who are so polite, responsible, professional and exceptionally charming which I absolutely love! that’s Raza, Matt and Layla(forgive me if I left anyone out!)
