I have been to many hygienist in my 40 plus years of life but never felt this good about my teeth after visiting South Ealing Dental practice. The hygienist took extra time to make sure she performed her work in a very high standard. I was absolutely surprised by how thorough she was with her work. She went through cleaning each of my tooth one at a time. 10/10 for her service.

This experience was atrocious. We spent £4,850 on braces for my daughter only 12 months ago. However, despite wearing her retainers every day as instructed, her teeth began to shift back to their original position. As her teeth moved, the retainers also changed shape, which eventually caused the fixed metal retainer to break in half and irritate her gums. Naturally, we returned to the clinic expecting support and reasonable solutions, such as repairing or replacing the fixed and removable retainers. Unfortunately, none of these options were offered. Instead, we were told we would need to pay an additional £1,500 for braces all over again. We were also informed that her orthodontist no longer works at the clinic. Previously, we had been under the impression that adjustments or retainer fixes could be carried out if problems arose. However, we later discovered this was only possible within 12 months — something that was never clearly explained to us by the orthodontist. Overall, this has been an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. We genuinely hoped the clinic would take some responsibility and offer support, especially considering the amount already paid and how recently the treatment was completed. Sadly, the service we received fell far below expectations, and we do not feel this experience was worth the cost at all.

Unexpectedly unusual experience. I went to this clinic to have my tooth root extracted. I am already an elderly person and this was my eighth tooth extracted. Therefore, I have considerable experience in this. As always, I expected a painful injection deep into the gum and then forceps and the tooth outside. But this time everything was different. Dr. Hafsa Malik received me in surgery room 1. By the way, there are two surgery rooms in this clinic, which indicates the professionalism and experience of the staff. After the doctor examined my teeth and took an X-ray, she offered me three options for removing my tooth. I understand that she acted according to the treatment protocol. But in other clinics where I was, they did not do this for some reason. I was offered: to send me to a specialized clinic or I can contact another clinic or she will remove the tooth right now. I chose right now. The doctor began to give me an anesthetic injection. And at first with a small needle. This is what they used to do to my children so that there was no pain. Then there was a deep injection, but I didn't feel any pain. The doctor took her time and carefully checked the sensitivity of my gums and added anesthesia twice more. After that, she took an instrument that looked like a screwdriver and tweezers. 2 seconds and the tooth was removed. I didn't even have time to get seriously excited. After the removal, Dr. Hafsa Malik told me how to handle the tooth extraction site at home. This entire operation was carried out very professionally. And Dr. Hafsa Malik was pleasant and polite. So you can have no doubt. In this clinic, you will be helped with dental treatment professionally. PS. Before the appointment, I read a lot of reviews about this clinic. I always read the negative ones first. This clinic also has them, although not many. First, they carefully and at length respond to such reviews, explaining the reasons for the patients' dissatisfaction. They are not afraid to comment on such cases. This is a big plus for them. Second: most of the negative reviews are because the patients themselves violated the procedures after treatment. And then they looked for the doctors to blame.

Super happy with my treatment. Dr. Abeer was amazing and has completely transformed my teeth. I honestly believe that if you listen to her advice and follow her instructions, you’ll get the best possible results—she really knows what she’s talking about. I’m absolutely delighted with the outcome and couldn’t be happier.

I recently had a root canal treatment with Dr. Abeer, and the entire experience was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease with her calm, reassuring manner and her ability to explain every step in a way that felt clear and comforting. Root canals can be intimidating, but her gentle approach, precision, and genuine care transformed it into a smooth and surprisingly stress‑free process. Throughout the treatment, she checked in on my comfort, worked with incredible attention to detail, and made sure I understood what to expect both during and after the procedure. The level of professionalism and compassion she showed made me feel truly looked after. Even the aftercare was exceptional she provided clear guidance, answered all my questions, and ensured I felt supported in my recovery. If you’re looking for a dentist who combines skill, kindness, and a patient‑centred approach, Dr. Abeer is outstanding. I’m genuinely grateful for the care I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

As someone who avoided dentists for over 10 years the care and compassion shown by Dr Nima Kazempour has been out of this world. Over the past 10 months I have consistently turned up to my appointments and this is down to the patience and care that I have been shown. All of the staff have been helpful and I would recommend Dr Nima for anyone who has a phobia or is anxious at dentists.
