The dentist and dental nurse were both so lovely.
I had a consultation because I needed a tooth out for the first time but wanted to know if I could get conscious sedation.
Told them I was nervous and they were great with me, unfortunately I couldn't get the sedation due to my BMI, they offered to put me on a wait list for the hospital but it would take about a year. They were very reassuring and comforting when I started getting upset.
They set an appointment for the extraction, the only negative was that I told them I was going on holiday and they scheduled the extraction for 5 days before I went away. Id seen things online about it being bad to fly after it due the the pressure and recycled air and an increased infection risk so called them the day before to confirm and the receptionist said I shouldn't have been booked in so close to going away so rebooked for the day after I got back. It could have just been that the dentist didnt know I meant flying, they might have thought I just meant a holiday in England.
But I had the tooth out today and again they were so lovely, so comforting and it was all really quick. They talked me though everything, went slowly and let me set the pace for it all.
I took some music with me to help keep me calm but after the injections, it was over within 1 minute and 15 seconds. They told me instructions but also gave me a printed version too.
As a nervous patient I can't say how much it helped that they were so kind to me, the nurse even rubbed my arm as it was happening which just shows how much they value your comfort.
I have additional needs. I don't do well in crowded environments and the waiting room was packed. But the receptionist was lovely. As for the experience everything was explained to me and I apologise I forgot their names but were both amazing everything was explained in detail and I was reassured all the way throughout. Definitely recommend especially if you feel nervous because they will ease any worries or anxiety you may have. Thankyou kindly both of you.
Would highly recommend. I had my first tooth extraction and Annam made me feel completely at ease, talking me through every step and reassuring me throughout. I’ve always felt anxious about visiting the dentist, but Langley Dental is welcoming, upbeat, and genuinely caring. The aftercare was second to none — I returned for a follow-up appointment and both Annam and Caron were quick, professional, and extremely helpful. You truly feel well looked after here 👏
I would like to say a huge thank you to the dentist who saw me in Room 5 on the 5th of November. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name, but she was absolutely wonderful.
I had been suffering for two months with terrible tooth pain that also caused severe headaches. I couldn’t eat, sleep, or even go outside comfortably. As I am pregnant, I couldn’t take many painkillers, and the pain became truly unbearable.
The doctor helped me, and now I am completely pain-free. Thank you so much — you are an amazing professional, and I am very grateful for your care.
While I was waiting, I noticed how many patients there were and how busy the clinic was — now I completely understand why. It’s because you have excellent dentists who genuinely care about their patients.
The dentist and nurse was really nice and so professional. They explained everything and the injections did not hurt
I was so nervous and worried and the wisdom tooth came out without no pain
The nurse let me hold her hands as I was so nervous
They were brilliant
Thank you both
Also the receptionist was always so nice when I had to get in touch and they phoned me with a cancellation
So thank you all.
had such a great experience with dentist, Mohammad Rofu. He was incredibly attentive, took the time to explain everything so clearly, and never made me feel rushed. You can tell he’s very knowledgeable and professional, yet straight to the point. I felt completely at ease throughout the whole appointment. Thank you so much
Ravi and Freya were amazing during my wisdom teeth extraction. I didn’t feel any pain at all, and they did an excellent job. They clearly explained everything to me both before and after the procedure, which really helped me feel comfortable and informed. I was truly impressed by their professionalism and care, and I’m very thankful for the amazing service they provided.
Hadn’t been to the dentist since 1999 before going to Langley Dental Practice. Have to say since going there I can’t thank them enough for how good they’ve been! They have completely restored my trust in dentists. Annam is amazing, she completely put me at ease and every single treatment I’ve had has been painless. Can’t recommend them enough.
