I have been attending this dental practice for over 30 years, and during that time I have been treated by several very good dentists.
I booked my appointment online through the practice website for the first time, and I found the process very easy and straightforward.
I needed to see my dentist, but she had no availability for the next few weeks, however, I was presented with a choice of 3 dentist, and I chose to see Shiv Bharakhada as he had the earliest availability.
From the moment I arrived, Shiv was warm, welcoming, and highly professional. He put me at ease straight away, took the time to chat with me, and carried out a thorough examination, including x-rays.
What stood out most was the depth of his knowledge and the level of detail he provided when explaining about the structure of my teeth and his findings.
He carefully compared my most recent x-rays with those taken two years earlier, clearly highlighting changes and what had remained the same.
Shiv explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, he never rushed and paused regularly to ask whether I had any questions.
At the end of the appointment, Shiv clearly set out my treatment options, making sure I understood each one so I could make my own informed decision.
I left my appointment feeling exceptionally well informed, reassured, and confident in his expertise.
My previous dentist was also very good, and I have always appreciated the care I received at this practice. However, Shiv’s thorough approach, depth of knowledge, and the in-depth information he provided gave me an even greater sense of confidence in my dental care. For that reason, I have decided to make Shiv my new dentist.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Melica. She was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The appointment was quick and efficient, yet she was extremely thorough and attentive throughout. She did an amazing job, explained everything clearly, and ensured I was comfortable the entire time. My teeth felt incredibly clean afterwards, and I was very impressed with the level of care I received. My treatment was carried out by Dr Shiv, and I can’t speak highly enough of him. Dr Melika is an exceptional hygienist. From the moment I sat in the chair this morning and through the sessions I had with her, she was gentle, thorough, and incredibly attentive. She explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable throughout, and delivered one of the best cleanings I’ve ever had. My teeth feel amazing, and her friendly, professional manner made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable.

Great dental practice, Dr. Shiv is one of if not the best dentists I have ever had. I’ve had complications mainly due to poor dentists in my past; however, Dr. Shiv’s knowledge and level of care is another level. Thoroughly recommend
I’ve had a really lovely experience at Rushey Green. The dentist is absolutely brilliant—very kind and took the time to patiently talk me through the whole process and the best options for my teeth. They’ve even got a great sense of humour, which really takes the edge off a dental visit!
The reception team are great too; they’re very quick to get back to you via email, so the whole process feels really reliable.
The only minor letdown is that they don't provide a sign language interpreter. I was told it’s because they aren't on the NHS register, which is a bit of a shame. That said, I still go there regardless as we always manage to make it work and communicate just fine. All in all, a fantastic team!
