Needed to see a dentist fast after losing a filling. Got through in good time and got an appointment that morning. The dentist was calm and professional and gave me filling options. Great work and left happy with the whole event. I'm not the most comfy patient at the dentist. But this was an enjoyable procedure. Thanks for today.

Its a dentist, Experience depends on day. Today was fine, but it was after they cancelled last appointment, informing me by redundant email address, so I never received cancellation & turned up. (Email address was from registration 20 years ago). Staff at that appointment were very keen to point out, my fault for not updating email address because they don't use texts "as not environmentally friendly " 😂. Either way, they have proceeded to send at least 6 further texts for today's appointment....including this feedback request, which I wouldn't have bothered with, if they hadn't asked.

The hygiene nurse and dentist were both really supportive as I do get very nervous and they both settled me down and were so patient and kind. The only thing that lost them a point is I had to ring 6 times over two days to try and make an appointment.
