I had double dose of hayfever vaccine it didn’t even touch me. I’ve been contact them first. They said it will work within four weeks. It never did nothing to me. I have they promised me to prescribe some hayfever tablets n that’s never been done. I’ve been giving bosses email to email him to make some enquiry and talk to him. I’ve been ignored totally never receive no response and I’ve been demanded to do another dose and pay for it which the double door didn’t even work on me so why would I have to do it again I think just rip off the money and never gonna be back again. Very very very very terrible service.

I am absolutely appalled by the "service"—if you can even call it that—I received today. My morning began with a simple inquiry regarding the hay fever injection. I was quoted £75 but warned it "might not work" and could require further doses. Despite the Sheffield branch being fully booked, I was encouraged to drive all the way to the Wakefield branch to get it sorted. After making the trek, the story suddenly changed. I was informed that the price had effectively doubled to £150. The justification? A supposed change in medication providers. I was told the "standard" dose used for years is now only licensed for those under 50kg (7.8 stone). Unless you are a small child or severely underweight, you are forced into a double dose at double the price. To withhold this massive "weight policy" and price hike over the phone, only to reveal it once I had already wasted the time and fuel to travel to a different city, is predatory and deeply unprofessional.

My second visit to this place having used another service here in 2023 - which then I would have rated as ‘just about ok’ - it was a quick and easy test and was actually done by a nurse in training so wasn’t terribly comfortable but was ok (if a little pricey!). This time I spent £95 on what I thought was to see a GP. When I arrived was told it was a nurses clinic. Didn’t have much choice at that point. The nurse listened to me, didn’t really have any ideas except to suggest a full blood test for nearly £1000. Basically spent £95 to have my blood pressure taken. Went to the NHS Walk-in 3 days later and was diagnosed and given a prescription which resolved my symptoms - and all it cost was £9 for the prescription. I would avoid this place unless you’re after travel vaccinations which seem to be their primary offering.

Just had the hayfever injection for now the second year in a row, worked miracles last year. I booked for the wrong day by accident and they still managed to squeeze me in! Would very much recommend

Really disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I went for the hayfever jab a few weeks ago was advised to have the high dose which costs £150 only worked for 3 weeks and now all my symptoms are back.

I came with my friend for her 2pm appointment. We got to the place the doors were locked as apparently the staff were on lunch. Had we known this we would not have arrived early. We had to wait outside where drunks were waking by and there was a duvet with human matter next to the door! We didn’t feel safe! I phoned the central number they said they would let staff know we were outside but no one came! Don’t book appointments for ppl at times if your doors are closed and your busy having lunch and there is nowhere to sit and wait.

Leigha and Fran have been so helpful and kind arranging post exposure vaccines for my son after not having any luck with our local GP. Thank you so much!
