I popped into this Dentist whilst I was in town and I had a very positive experience from the reception staff. From beginning to end they had the right personality and the Systems to be able to handle a really effective booking. I later had to move the booking and I found this painless with the Systems of text messages on the phone calls.
I’m particularly grateful to Anita who was able to move my appointment for a third time and I felt like they really understood people like me and they really really are really there to help us I look forward to my first meeting with the Dentist in a few weeks time but so far the experience has been amazing
It’s a great practice if you want to pop in they’ve got a great reception area and also they’re very good on the phone

Luciana, the hygienist, was exceptional. From the moment the appointment began, it was clear that she takes genuine pride in her work. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and strong sense of integrity were evident throughout the entire visit. She was extremely informative and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the experience reassuring and comfortable. What stood out most was the care and effort she invested into the treatment. It genuinely felt as though I received far more than what I had paid for in terms of the hygienist service itself. Her approach was thorough, welcoming, and carried a level of dedication that is rare to see.
I would also like to recognise Aalaa at reception. She was patient, kind, and very attentive. From the first interaction she ensured that I received the right information and took the time to make sure everything was clear. Her professionalism and considerate manner created a very positive first impression of the clinic.
Both Luciana and Aalaa represent the practice with a level of professionalism and care that reflects very highly on the entire team. Their attentiveness and commitment to excellent service made the entire experience genuinely outstanding

Shane Patel is a very methodical and attentive dentist. A great encourager for people like me who have neglected their teeth for years and are now coping with receding gums and the necessity of good oral care. Although most of us don't look forward to the visit I am grateful that it is Shane who treats me. You may well find Teddy at the practice desk and he is a very pleasant and helpful chap.
