I had such a positive experience at the dental practice on Burgess Road in East Ham, all thanks to the two lovely receptionists, Jaisa Shaju and Aishwarya Bose. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. Their warm smiles and friendly attitude immediately made me feel comfortable, which really helped ease any nerves. It’s clear they genuinely care about patients and take pride in creating a calm and inviting atmosphere.
Both Jaisa and Aishwarya were so helpful and patient while assisting me. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions without hesitation, and made sure I understood each step. Nothing felt rushed, and they handled everything with such care and attention. It’s not often you come across receptionists who are this attentive and approachable, and it truly made a difference to my overall experience at the practice.
What stood out the most was how personable and sincere they both are. They went beyond just doing their roles—they made me feel valued and respected as a patient. Their positive energy and professionalism really shine through, and they are a credit to the dental practice. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially because of the outstanding service provided by Jaisa Shaju and Aishwarya Bose.

Outstanding dental emergency care! Dr Muhammad Miah and his nurse Jodie were incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. My sister was in severe tooth pain, and they handled everything with such care and skill. The treatment was smooth, gentle, and reassuring from start to finish. Delayed appointment (20-30 minutes over time), to delay the appointment unannounced truly underscores the purpose of giving times for appointments, although i do understand that sometimes it can get busy it still is a basic ; a standard to have appointments on time.
In the contrary, the appointment was quick easy and straight to the point.
This was my first appointment, inspection and gum treatment all in one day. Dr vadim and his assistant were amazing, professional, helpful with advice and treatment. I felt relaxed initially nervous, was made to feel comfortable.
Do not go to this dental surgery. It has been a terrible experience for my mum. She went yesterday and the treatment caused her severe pain in her tooth. This is the second bad experience we’ve had there. We are extremely unhappy with the care and professionalism, especially from a doctor named Asma. My mum ended up in severe pain since yesterday . We would not recommend this surgery to anyone.
How on earth are you in the healthcare business?
The floors are dirty. The mat looks like a museum piece.it’s completely worn out. The sofas are in such poor condition that I wouldn’t even want stray dogs sitting on them. The heaters are from long before even Mr. Bean was in his prime; they do nothing except wheeze and sigh. They don’t provide any real warmth.., barely even as warm as human breath.
The receptionists and patients are left freezing, while the heating upstairs works perfectly fine because, of course, you wouldn’t want to upset your doctors. Fair play.
I genuinely wish you were out of business so that someone else could take over., someone who respects patients’ time and money, treats people with basic dignity, and actually knows how to run a healthcare facility. Please don’t ever run a healthcare business like a grocery store.

I had an emergency dental appointment booked last minute via 111 - the dentist and dental nurse/assistant were absolutely amazing.
Can’t quite remember their names - but they were absolutely incredible.
