“Dr” Roneil Lidder is an absolute DISGRACE to this practice and dentistry as a whole.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Roneil was incredibly hostile and disrespectful. Her technical skills are incredibly poor and she has absolute no regard for patient care.
This practice will just waste your time and try to make you feel small - from an awful “dentist” who should have her licence revoked to the rude receptionist who needs to improve her interpersonal skills.
They were also extremely unprofessional and dirty…leaving the examination room door wide open creating a huge privacy concern, and throwing dirty used gloves on the floor which made me question if things were properly cleaned and sanitised.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Dental Practitioner Maria is the absolute best. She genuinely cares about the patients and always offers great advice and help. She explains in great detail what the process entails and is reassuring.
Never directing or suggesting going down the private route as I had experienced previously. The Reception staff are welcoming and friendly and the practice is very clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.
My first visit here made a very favourable impression. Olivia was friendly, respectful and extremely thorough in her approach. I appreciated her patience while discussing various options regarding ways to maintain and improve my dental health. I look forward to seeing her again. Edaline was also pleasant and efficient.
I had an excellent experience at Marylebone House Dental Practice. My dentist was truly an angel—professional, caring, and gentle. She made me feel completely at ease throughout my visit and explained everything clearly. The receptionist was so friendly, helpful, and supportive, making the whole experience even more comfortable. Plus, the branch lady manager was incredibly humble and kind, always supporting everyone. I left feeling well cared for and confident in the treatment I received. Highly recommend!
Amazing service from start to finish. Called as I had chipped my tooth and my usual dentist never gives appointments and 111 refused to help. When I called the young man at the front desk got me a same day appointment right away in fact my appointment time was in 2 hours from the call I was so happy. When I arrived everything went smoothly . I was seen at the selected time. The dentist and her assistant helped fix my teeth for the time being . I have now decided to change dentist and come here going forward . Thank you too all the staff 💙💙

My hygiene appointment this week started exactly on time. My dentist, Charlene, and her assistant were polite, patient, and extremely meticulous, working very well together throughout the appointment.
I felt confident that I was in good hands and never felt as though they were rushing. I much prefer an approach that demonstrates precision and thoughtful care at each stage rather than being hurried.
Charlene also kept me fully informed throughout the entire process. It didnt feel awkward to ask questions about things which might be considered straight forward. Overall a great experience.
Avoid Dr. Saloni
Almost three years ago she wanted to remove my tooth with no pain. Then I insisted for filling. After arriving home, I didn’t notice any filling. It was already gone. After 2 years I went to put crown for the same teeth. She took, maybe she made the crown but canceled the appointments two times to fit that crown and that i was on half way to her clinic. The third time i contacted them if the crown still available as it was after almost 7 months because I have left London. I took appointment spend my time and money but then she said that crown is no longer available. Not a good experience here sorry. My teeth is still with no pain. They should not remove teeth that easily.
