I had such a wonderful experience at my dentist appointment. She was so friendly, kind, and incredibly patient with all of my children. My three-year-old, who is usually quite nervous, stayed calm and happily opened his mouth throughout the appointment, which says so much about how comfortable she made him feel.
My older children were also so well looked after and made to feel at ease. The whole experience was positive from start to finish, and I couldn't be happier with the care and kindness we all received. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and professional dentist, especially for families with young children.
No Complaints about the dentist or treatment just the long wait in waiting room of 45 minutes. I also note that although the printed receipts are more professional than they were, they are still having to be stamped with a rubber stamp instead of having the surgery name and address printed.
I cannot recommend Marston Green Dental Surgery highly enough! If you are someone who feels a bit anxious about dental visits, this is the place to go.
The Team Charmaine (Dentist): She is absolutely fantastic. From the moment you sit in the chair, her professional yet incredibly reassuring manner puts you at ease. She explains everything clearly and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire process. Julie (Hygienist): Julie is equally brilliant. She is thorough, gentle, and leaves your teeth feeling amazing. Her expertise is evident, and she always provides great advice for at home care. The Nursing Team: A huge shout-out to the dental nurses and the rest of the team. They are professional, friendly, and play a massive part in making the practice feel welcoming and organised.
Overall, it is a top tier practice with a team that genuinely cares about their patients. 5 stars!

Not long been registered at this dental practice. Has always had an excellent experience. Had some dental work done today by Charmaine, what professionalism and dedication and quality of workmanship. I was truly amazed and impressed. She has certainly set the bar high and I wish most dentist would take such pride in their work. I can’t thank Charmaine enough. My children and I have been coming here for years. The receptions are polite, friendly, efficient and welcoming. The dentists are really great with my children. Patient, kind and knowledgeable. I see a different dentist and he is amazing. I have developed anxiety and coming to the dentist is quite stressful. Both he and his assistant put me at ease and keep me calm. Very friendly but efficient and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.
I received Invisalign treatment which took 14 months to complete. The results are amazing and I cannot recommend Naeema enough for the work she carried out. A very pleasant, patient person who put me at ease.
The hygienist service and treatment for my wife was first class but was marred by the 15% price increase since her last visit. Further increases may encourage her to go elsewhere for treatment.
