I have been with this practice since I was a kid! My first and only dental surgery I wholeheartedly trust and recommend to family and friends. Caring, friendly and accommodating staff with professional and knowledgeable dental care team that makes every visit feel it's best. Five stars from me!
Had my fillings done today and it was a really smooth experience. The dentist was professional, gentle, and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. The staff were also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the whole visit even better. Everything was done quickly and efficiently, with great attention to detail. I really appreciated how easy and stress-free it all felt. Highly recommend!
Visited today for a hygiene appointment and was so impressed! Seen by a young new dentist I’d never met before — he was extremely professional and went the extra mile. Unlike previous visits where cleaning was very basic, he gave my teeth a thorough, detailed clean and really did justice to them. After over 10 years coming here, this is the first time I’ve left feeling truly happy. It’s not just about the cost — great service and care mean everything. Highly
With thanks

I have been coming to this dentist since I was a kid, the dentist Dr Levy was nice. Since his retirement there’s been a new dentist Shraddha Innani and she is probably the worst dentist I have come across. During my root canal treatment, she somehow managed to get an instrument stuck and was unable to take it out. She also damaged my crown and still put it onto my tooth and said it was ‘temporary’ and that she will fix it. This hasn’t happend. I also did invisalign treatment with her which I regret so much. She does not care about patients at all, just loves to make as much money from them as she can.
I have refrained from doing a review until now as I called earlier today and advised I need to take out 2 of my teeth (as per advice from urgent 111 dentist) as I am in excruciating pain. The receptionist was happy to book me in for next Tuesday and then had the audacity to say if i’m aware that I’m a private patient. I am shocked at the greed of this dentist, their priority is making money and not providing care under the NHS. How are they able to switch you from an NHS customer to private in order to charge you extortionate fees is beyond comprehension.
I will never recommend this place. Avoid at all costs.
Excellent practice, have been here for some years now! Dr Sneha is so kind and compassionate and has helped allay a lot of my fears about dental assessments. Consistently great experiences with the hygienists also. Had an appointment with Sujan today and he was amazing - so thorough, gentle and kind! Recommended to all
I always have a great experience here at Manor Park
Dental.
My dentist Dr Shraddha and my dental hygienist Dr Sujan, are amazing!
I always feel comfortable here. I've gotten my two of wisdom tooth removed, dental checkups and scale and polishes
I went for a hygiene clean. For so long I was so nervous and anxious to go to a dentist appointment, but the dentist here was so nice and kind and reassured me that the process will me okay. Very nice professional staff which was nice surprise. Definitely recommend this dental practice to those who fear the dentist like me.
They come across as more focused on upselling than on genuinely looking after my dental health. Before I’d even had my check-up, I was asked if I wanted teeth whitening, which didn’t feel appropriate at that stage.
I was also told they’d “been watching” one of my teeth and that it now had a cavity, but this had never been mentioned at my previous appointment. It would have been helpful to know earlier so I could have taken preventative action. No X-ray was shown to confirm the issue, which made me feel pressured to make an immediate decision about treatment.
During my first filling with them, I wasn’t offered local anaesthetic—I wasn’t even aware it was an option—and the procedure was extremely painful. The second time, although it was mentioned, I said I might be allergic. Instead of discussing this further or exploring alternatives, the dentist decided to proceed without anaesthetic, without giving me time to consider or addressing concerns about pain.
Overall, the practice does not seem particularly attentive or patient-focused.
