I’ve been a regular client at this med beauty clinic for quite some time now, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. The doctors are incredibly professional and truly experienced—you always feel like you’re in safe, knowledgeable hands.
The whole team is just lovely—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or concerns. Every visit feels smooth, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable.
It’s consistently a great experience from start to finish, which is why it’s become my absolute favourite place in London. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I’ve been going to M1 for years and this is my second time seeing Hritu Baral for my Botox treatments. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Hritu is incredibly professional, attentive and really takes the time to listen to what you want. She takes her time during appointments and makes you feel completely comfortable throughout. I had lip filler done and there is absolutely no change at all — my lips look exactly the same as before. No volume, no enhancement, nothing.
For the cheeks, I clearly asked for a lift because my cheeks are sagging. Instead, filler was placed only on the sides, which resulted in puffiness without definition or lift. There is no cheekbone contour and no facial harmony. the results are unacceptable. I expected visible improvement, but I left looking the same.
I had a consultation and treatment 0.7 Riva lip filler by Dr Hritu Baral. Dr Baral was fantastic- I did not feel rushed at all to make a decision during the consultation and she took the time to answer any questions I had. She consistently checked in during the treatment, to see how I was feeling both emotionally and physically. She took me through the aftercare process, with a handy print out to take home with me and an ice pack. I would definitely recommend Dr Baral! The clinic is professional and well maintained professional.

M1 is the only place I’ll ever come to for safe and trusted treatments with doctors who are extremely skilled at what they do! Very occasionally may need to wait later than the appointment time at busy periods which is to be expected. However, incredible service over the years I’ve been coming here and will continue to do so.
Absolutely amazing - the staff were so understanding and helpful as well as friendly Vanessa was a fabulous injector made me feel comfortable and is a perfectionist so was in good hands- highly recommend
