I’ve been seeing Bindya for around 6 months now every 4–6 weeks for my Hollywood laser treatment and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. From the beginning she made me feel completely comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout every appointment. I am able to have different therapist but as it’s a Hollywood I prefer to have one person and I am always very much accommodate too. The results have been amazing, a huge reduction in hair growth, smoother skin, and so much more confidence. All the staff in the laser clinic are always professional, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do. So glad I started this journey here and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. I had a great experience at the laser clinic. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff were very welcoming and professional.
Nat was especially helpful throughout my appointment. She explained the process clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism. Her friendly attitude really helped put me at ease, and it was clear that she was very knowledgeable about the treatment.
The clinic itself was clean, well-organised, and the whole appointment felt smooth and efficient. I really appreciated the level of care and attention to detail.
Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone considering laser hair removal. Thank you to Nat for making the experience so positive!
Very disappointed with the results. I have had over 15 laser hair removal sessions and have seen hardly any noticeable reduction in hair growth. The only difference is that the hair now tends to grow back in patches rather than being properly reduced, which is not the outcome I was expecting after investing so much time and money.
Considering the number of sessions I’ve had, I honestly feel it has been a waste of money and I wish I could ask for a refund. The results have fallen far short of what was promised.
The only positive aspect of my experience is that the staff have always been kind, polite and professional, and I have no complaints about the customer service. Unfortunately, the treatment results themselves have been extremely disappointing.

My skin has improved so much, and she always makes me feel comfortable and confident during every session. Highly recommend to anyone looking for someone skilled and trustworthy!
Macey was really thorough in talking me through my first laser session. She explained everything from before and aftercare and even saying that some people don’t feel it and may not think it works but that the laser is actually working, just not able to feel it. She explained that they expect a 7-10% reduction per session so 10 treatments is what usually is the most beneficial for making sure the hair doesn’t come back. She was very clear about the timeline as well that it’s every 4 weeks for 5 sessions then 4-6 weeks for additional 5 sessions.

Great treatment with Macey today. It was only my 2nd laser hair treatment ever so I was still a bit nervous, but it didn't hurt and I felt very well looked after from the start to finish. Macey listened to what I wanted today and I felt very at ease in her their care. All the staff here are super friendly and helpful. Would recommend 👌
Had a fantastic experience at my first laser session with Nicole. She made sure to i was comfortable and understood the process through out. She was able to continuously check on me while having my laser done. I was very happy with the experience.
I did laser for my face at laser clinics uk with Bindya. My experience was incredibly smooth. Bindya was extremely professional and kept me at ease the whole time. The prices are also super affordable. I would definitely recommend it for anyone interested in getting laser!
