This place is nearly an hour from where we live but it is worth the drive because of the brilliant service they provide. My local dentist couldn't get my Son in for two weeks even though he had bad toothache but one phone call to this dentist meant he had a appointment the very next day. They saw him today and were friendly, professional and helpful. The staff on reception were brilliant and the dentist and dental nurse were lovely. I would recommend this dentist to anyone. Thank you.
Uzab and Simran were the most friendliest polite and respectful people! They made my partner feel at ease during his appointment and calmed his nerves, after recent bad experiences im so pleased to say they have made him have a different view on dentists. So appreciative for their great customer service.
I was referred to this practice by my dentist for a tooth extraction. I was very anxious but the dentist and dental technician put me at ease and made the procedure very stress free. They talked me through every step and the extraction was done very quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend.
I came in for a wisdom tooth extraction, and the dental nurse was so reassuring, kind and supportive because i was very nervous. The dentist who done the extraction did so in a couple of minutes and she was very good. However, the reception team really do need customer service training. They are rude, and it seems like they hate their job. You wait infront of them to be seen but they are too busy chatting among themselves. And when they finally attend to you, its bluntly and with not one single smile.
After breaking my tooth and finding out it was fractured under the gumline, my private dentist referred me to Cradley Heath to have the tooth removed. He advised having the procedure done under sedation as the tooth was most likely to break further when trying to extract it.
I had my assessment and returned this morning for the extraction. I couldn’t have the sedation as my daughter was unwell and couldn’t accompany me.
Not gonna lie, I was sooooo nervous. I couldn’t stop shaking. I needn’t have worried at all ! Nurse Angel was so welcoming and completely understood my nerves and tears. The dentist, Tag, was equally amazing. They were both so patient with me and explained the procedure and that we could stop at any point.
My mouth was numb and within a few minutes my tooth was out !! I never felt a thing !
I can’t thank Tag and Angel enough. They were so lovely and didn’t make me feel stupid for getting upset.
I have now cured my fear of an unfamiliar dentist.
After calling several dentists this morning I was surprised to hear these were accepting nhs patients as no one else seems to at all.
Explains and got an appointment for four hours time. Came in, got seen quickly after filling forms in, had two lots of X-rays, examination and main dentist also popped in due to more complicated then j initially thought. All were great, communicated well and were polite.
Lady said I needed more teeth out showed me scans explaining what needed to be done, was quite surprised then could fit me back in for 2-3 hours time to get the work done and could also do sedation as I needed four teeth out
Went back later and waited half hour as I was five mins late which was expected. Was in and out within 90 mins, even with anesthetic and sedation it was quite uncomfortable and I did struggle but not once did they make me feel silly for reacting the way I did, I understood it needed doing and I just needed to bare with it. They were great, the male dentist then escorted me back through the reception to sit with my day and supported me with his hand which was also so comforting as I was a little hazy after the sedation also.
Rearing that I was actually able to get registered. Saved me a fortune today due to registering me as nhs too. Was recommended this place by my dad who raves about this place
It was very busy but people moved quickly
From the first appointment with my orthodontist (Dr Erma Quraishi) for my braces , she was spot on every single time always made me comfortable and delivered the best smile for my self! really pleased and definitely recommended the team here!
My son came in today for the removal of a broken tooth. He was initially seen by Dr Josephine and Angel to get numbed who were gentle and great at explaining everything. He was anxious about this due to having a needle phobia and having a previous attempt at extraction fail. When he was numb, Dr Bhandal came in, and the tooth was out in the blink of an eye. I remember having Angel and Josephine with my other son, he was.... challenging and they were just as kind and patient. I'm just buzzing that it's finally out to be honest and very grateful that we got such a fabulous team. I have also always found the receptionists to be helpful and friendly when we have needed to visit or talk over the phone (it's not our regular dentists) and we have had a good experience with the orthodontist team here too.
