I had a gynaecology general anesthetic surgery at Hendon hospital and I'm deeply grateful for the amazing treatment I was offered. All staff are lovely and professional and all the facilities are clean and very comfortable. Special thanks Ms. Melina that took such good care of me during my stay. All the nurses were amazing to me, I wish I could remember everyone's names to thank them personally.

This is definitely one of the better hospitals in london! They have brilliant staff like Ruhan, Vikita and Dr Alsheikh, Florina, The receptionist(didn't get her name) and more. The service was great! The lunch was nice. The staff were very friendly and informative. Could be a little more prompt in some areas but not bad considering other experiences with the NHS.

Doctor was helpful, but the experience was poor. 12:40 PM appointment. Waited 30 minutes to be seen, then sent for an X-ray and told to return, only to find the doctor had gone for lunch with no warning. Told reception I live nearby they suggested I wait at home and said they'd call me. Before I left, I was first in the queue and a patient who arrived after me was told I'd be seen first.
