Our experience with the Heaton Mersey Orthodontic Centre has been absolutely exceptional right from the initial consultation. Where we live, we were facing a four year wait for braces on the NHS for my son, along with the possibility of needing two teeth removed during that process. Because of this, we decided that going private would be the best option. The Heaton Mersey orthodontic Centre came highly recommended, and they truly exceeded all our expectations. From when I first filled out their contact form, their team responded promptly and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I fully understood the process. They also provided options and reassured myself and my son that his teeth would not be removed, which as you can imagine was a huge relief.
I cannot express enough their professionalism, their expertise, and the genuine care which were evident throughout the whole process. We were also impressed by their technology, which allowed us to see an image of what my son’s smile would look like post-braces. The entire journey has been smooth, and the results clearly speak for themselves! Since having his braces removed, my son’s confidence has grown, and he cannot believe the difference. We would like to say a special thank you to Dr Bhatti and Lisa, who made my son feel reassured each visit.

My daughter has just finished a 2 year treatment and from the beginning the staff have all been brilliant. We mostly saw Lisa and Dr Bhatti who were fabulous, but all staff that we met have been helpful, professional and absolutely lovely at the same time. Everything has been explained perfectly at every step, all questions answered and appointments made at convenient times. We chose here after the NHS orthodontist wanted to remove 2 teeth which we didn't want to happen. Dr Bhatti was confident this would be unnecessary and that it would affect her face shape. 2 years on and my daughter's smile is utterly gorgeous. I would happily recommend them to anyone.
I chose HMO for my Invisalign treatment after the practice repeatedly being lauded for their great results by users in a private UK Invisalign patients Facebook group. After failing to wear my retainer after braces in childhood, I hated my smile as an adult and after feeling so self conscious for years I thought life is too short! I am so glad I stumbled across the name during my research- I couldn’t have gotten better treatment anywhere else. So friendly, professional and thorough. Dr. Bhati is clearly a perfectionist and so passionate about his work. I never thought I could own a smile like this. My only regret is that I wish I found them sooner! Honestly life changing. I couldn’t be happier with my son’s experience using Invisalign. From the very beginning, the process was smooth and straightforward. The aligners were comfortable to wear, nearly invisible, and easy to incorporate into his daily routine as a teenager.
