As a parent our children are our World and Great Ormond Street Hospital and Great Ormond Street for Children knows this 100%. They gave our son a First-Class service every step of the way during his day stay operation at Ormond Street for Children yesterday (19-06-2026). Each staff member's right from the porter to the nurses and doctors gave a very real and caring one in a life-time experience to him and I/we will never forget that, never. I can see why this is the top five best hospital in the World. If I had a billion of pounds, I would fund this hospital further and its staff members as they are truly remarkable and one of a kind, so THANK YOU !

I don't know how I can ever really thank Great Ormond Street Hospital and staff. You always hear about the Hospital and the great work that it does. But until you are physically thrust into it. Feet first, no-where left to turn, fire burning all around you and no water to put it out, you realise how great and how needed Great Ormond Street is needed. GOSH saved my child, like they have done for alot of others. But it's not just the Dr's and Nurses. It's the catering staff, the Cleaner's, the Workmen, the Radiologist's, the Receptionists, the Porters, the Helpers, its everybody that makes up GOSH and its surroundings. The buildings have been thought out with such care and attention to detail. The Disney are is just off from The Lagoon, which is the cateen eatery for the Hospital, but for parents and children in the Hospital for a long stint, saying your going to the canteen as opposed to saying your going to the Lagoon, both have different effects on a person's wellbeing and mental health. The Hospital as carefully thought these things through. The Lagoon leads on to the wonderful world of Disney. Where you can play till your hearts content. Young and old alike will always have time for Disney, and the memories that they have from the past or the memories that they are currently making. The Hospital is always clean. The staff are always friendly. They do not hesitate to listen to feedback if you have an issue, query or you just simply are not happy with how something is being done. GOSH is all that and more that you see in adverts. It truly is a miracle the work they do here. And the buildings here are filled with never ending love, from patients, staff and from parents.

Great Ormond Street Hospital is truly an extraordinary place. From the moment you walk through the doors, you feel the compassion, dedication, and care that every single member of staff brings to their work. The doctors, nurses, and support teams go above and beyond—not only providing outstanding medical care, but also offering kindness, reassurance, and emotional support to both patients and families during what can be an incredibly difficult time. Their professionalism is matched by genuine empathy, and it makes all the difference. GOSH is more than just a hospital; it is a place of hope, strength, and resilience. We will forever be grateful for the care, patience, and commitment shown to us, and for the life-changing work they do every single day. Thank you to everyone at Great Ormond Street Hospital for everything you do—you truly are remarkable.

We came here for our daughter’s appointment at Morgan Stanley clinic ( Pelican ward) at 13:45 and we were not seen for more than 60 mins. Zero coordination when booking an appointment for patient especially our baby is just 3 months old. Nurses overheard the conversation between the receptionist and my wife and showed zero concern towards our waiting. Really disappointed to see how we were treated. There was just one doctors and the 1pm appointment was getting delayed hence our appointment was getting delayed. An apology is not going to pay our parking fee, congestion charge, 8 hours shift pay for me and parking ticket ( if we were late to move the car). Total disappointment for one of the best hospitals for children. Absolutely gutted!!

This is the worst children’s hospital. Please do not send your child there. They cover up poor medical treatment and surgeries performed on children. In 2013, my mother was brutally attacked because a doctor performed a procedure on her without her consent. Instead of taking responsibility, the hospital called the police. My mother was beaten, handcuffed, and dragged out while my disabled sister fell from her arms onto the floor. If you care about your child’s health and safety, please take them somewhere else!!!!

I've been a patient here for the last 2 decades, and I can honestly say that this is by far the the best hospital in London, if not the UK or the world, for paediatric care! Even though I'm a 23 year old male and could pass off as a parent (This has happened, but I got a good laugh about it!), they've still treated me as if I was an adult in a mainstream hospital and gave me the top notch care. Every volunteer you come across are willing to help you wherever you are in the hospital, even if it's just a simple request, and they help you massively in regards to post-GOSH treatment in terms of career choices and a long-term care plan. To all those who have treated me over the last 20 years, thanks a million!

I’m 30 years old now. I was treated here from the ages of 4-18 years old for Nephrotic Syndrome, alongside other health issues. I can’t explain the difference Great Ormond Street made to my life, my childhood and my future. It will always have a special place in my heart.
